We love the hidden gardens!!! We visit as frequently as we can. As friends of hidden lake our entrance is free!! Great place for picnics, hiking, walking, photography so amazing! Not just for the warm months either!!! Dogs welcome, on leashes.

Absolutely gorgeus. Breath taking. Its truley a beautiful place, the people who work there you can clearly see they love what they do. You could make this a whole day trip it's that amazing.

Absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed the peaceful drive around the grounds. There is a visitor's center, and an indoor area with the most incredible plants growing in their own climate area. The bonsai trees were fabulous! There are lights and displays up so that when you drive in at night the park looks like a holiday wonderland. The cost is nominal.. I will be coming back!

Hidden Lake Gardens is one of the "go to" places in the area. Go for a walk among the hostas by the lake, take a hike along one of several trails, gather the family at the picnic area, meander through the indoor gardens or just drive through enjoying the many different areas in the park along the way. Great place for photographers too, each season brings new and different plants and wildlife, with spring and fall being the most picturesque. The Gardens offer a diverse array of activities all year round, and they go all out! Overall, a great place to spend the day.

Such a beautiful place. Love hiking the trails here, they have short and long and even a short all access paved trail for all to enjoy. They have some amazing plants in the green houses. And they do some neat seasonal family events.

I liked that you can drive around and look or you can choose a hiking path. Each path has a different amount of time which is also nice! Very peaceful!

Peaceful, beautiful, woodlands, lake, glacial formations, marriage site, buildings with rooms for desert, tropical & temperate zones. Ever thru area it's a must see. Near, but totally different experience, MIS racetrack.
Raining? No problem, the indoor areas are still worth seeing.

This is a real beautiful place to go and just walk around and take pictures. Beautiful grounds and lots of flowers and one of the largest variety of hosta plants I've ever seen. If you like flowers this is a place you got to go. My recommendation would be to go in the spring.

This place is beautiful. We sent a wonder 3 hours out hear and could of easily did 6. What a wonderful place to walk and just lose yourself in the beauty.

This is the most amazing place in the area. Exceptionally maintained, beautiful views. Suggested destination for anyone wanting to relax and explore. Magnificent redwood, the smell of all the different variety of plants. Absolutely astounding. wish I would have stopped years ago . Don't pass up this experience.

If you want an out of the way place Hidden Lake Gardens will be hard to beat. The hiking trails are easy to moderate, the various gardens throughout the grounds are simply wonderful. The arboretum has three distinct eco-systems, in addition to a very nice bonsai display. Very well maintained picnic area as well. Spring, Summer or Fall each one is worth the admission. you won't be disappointed.

I always get a family membership. Well worth it. Great place to get away, things to do all year round, great trails and one of my favorite places to photograph.

Its beautiful here but cars galore make an enjoyable walk a little tougher. Have to pull the wagon or stroller over and get to the side of the path every couple minutes to let cars by. But it is nice otherwise.
