Great park but sadly leash laws need to be enforced here. People who know that their dog is likely to bite should not allow their dog off leash but it happens all the time herem

A beautiful park on the east side of town. Some nice trails, as well as places to sit down and just be still.

A great place to walk or run in Iowa City. Some of the trails are better maintained than others, but overall are very good. A reminder that bicycling is not allowed on the trails inside the park. There is a decent chance you'll see deer during your walk here.

This is a really nice little park located in the heart of Iowa City. The park boasts 185 acres space that includes a couple seating areas, picnic tables, and grilling areas. There are a couple entrances - one from Conklin and the other from Bloomington. Plenty of room to run around, play with the dogs or hang and grill with friends. Parking lot is a nice, small contained area off the main street.

One of a good number of parks, located within neighborhoods, that provide a place to go relax outside, meet up with friends or just rest during a bike ride. Good place to check out.
