Tom talked with me on the phone for about 20 minutes to try to pin down the problem with my car. Very unusual these days Very knowledgeable as well. Thanks Tom!

Hi Tech was recommended to us 12 years ago when we moved to the area, and we have Always used Tom for our auto service and repairs. He is knowledgeable and gets the work done honestly and professionally. His prices are fair, and his personal touch is worth going back for all your auto needs. I always support the small business owner when possible, and Hi Tech is one to patronize. Thank you Tom for many years of great auto service.

I have known Tom for many years and he has done work on my vehicles and my families' vehicles. He always does and excellent job and is very knowledgeable about cars, especially Ford vehicles. His pricing is fair and of high quality. I highly recommend Hi-Tech!

We've lived in the Temecula Valley for 15 years and have brought our vehicles to Tom so long I can't remember when he first started working on them! We have "ventured off" to other shops on occasion and are always sorry we did and come running back to Tom often to fix their mistakes! So, my advice to you, go to Tom the first time because it sucks paying for a bad repair and then paying again to have Tom fix it! He's always fair. Always honest. No add-ons or up-sales. And he will go into CSI mode to find out what the problem is to fix it right the first time instead of trouble-shooting it (at your expense- like the dealerships) and replacing part after part trying to figure out what's wrong. He has been in this industry for a very long time and is knowledge shows!!! He's currently helping us rehab our newest addition to the family- a 1980 Toyota Celica Sunchaser :)
