We visited the store. Made a selection. Set up an appointment for our rooms to be measured. I asked that they call when they were heading to our house.

Appointment day, for measuring our rooms, I received no phone call letting me know he was on the way. He showed up, measured, and told me he would get the quotes to me.

I never received an email or phone call back with quotes.

I called and talked to them twice. Both times, I asked about the quotes.

I was told both times that they would call me back. They never did. I gave up.

I went to Carpet City. We had a plush carpet put in two huge rooms with the best pad. Carpetiers lost a really nice sale.
