They have a wide variety of new and used cars. Cars are General Motors also Buick and Mazda. I just purchased a new car. I also took my old car there for service. Service was done in a timely manner. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

I visited many dealerships before purchasing my vehicle and Hennessy was the most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Hennessy did everything possible to accommodate my needs. They also worked diligently on my behalf to get me the best interest rate for my loan which enabled me to purchase the vehicle i thought i would not be able to afford. These guys are genuine, honest and take care of you like family. I'm so happy with this dealership and service that i will be purchasing a second car soon from them. I will always go back to these guys because i know i'm getting the best deal possible.

Go in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday where they say first come first serve. Arrive before they open and vehicle is put in system one minute after open. This is after service writer can't tell me the difference between a $130 service and a $70 service. An hour and thirty three minutes later after watching people that arrived after me leave I finally get my car back ( without keys).
This is a 15 min job tops. It's not an Audi A8 that pays an hour in labor for an oil change. The skid plate doesn't need to come off or anything for that matter. Filter and drain in the open.
Maybe it was the inspection where the tech checked off some boxes that took so long. It was such a thorough inspection that my tires that have 4/32 tread are magically in the green. Or maybe it was all the time spent getting as much oil as possible on the skid plate and starring at it instead of grabbing some brake clean to get it off.
Mysteries I may never figure out.
I do know that I will never go back and I suggest everyone to stay away.

I have had an ongoing relationship with Hennessy due to my GM service needs. Service representative Tracy Rice has taken care of my cars for the last 8-9 years. I decided to purchase a new car from Hennessy to ensure that superior maintenance experience continues - honesty, integrity. My salesperson, Bernard Hill, was professional and above board at all times and followed up on the sale to make sure I was having no problems. I am pleased.

Never felt any pressure at all. Real good communication prior to my wife and I driving down from Acworth to see a particular car. Markus had it ready when we got there and did a great job of answering our questions and "selling" without " SELLING!".

When it came time to sit down with the finance guy(apologies, I cannot find his card), again smooth and easy. He really explored several options until he found one that matched what MY criteria was!

    Would definitely recommend

    TL;DR: Misogynistic

I purchased a 2015 Lexus IS250 from Juan in early March.

Allow me to say, firstly, that I certainly am satisfied generally with the vehicle.

However, I was displeased with the conduct of the staff and manager. Had I not come already decided on what I wanted to buy, with a 27k check to purchase said vehicle, this would have been an even worse experience. If I had not been completely intent on leaving with this car, I would have promptly left in less than an hour due to their careless and insulting conduct.

My very well dressed boyfriend drove me to Georgia in his X5 to purchase the Lexus I had a deposit on.

First strike: lot hands/salesmen in a golf cart asked me what "he was here to look at" motioning toward my boyfriend as he was parking. My response was that *I* was here to look at the Lexus that had already been pulled up to the viewing lane.

Second strike: once we returned from the brief test drive (that my loudmouth salesmen took several other impassioned sales calls during) my boyfriend excused himself to the restroom and Juan and I proceeded to his desk for paperwork. While navigating to his work station, he asks me, "So, what does your boyfriend do?" What does that matter? I am buying this car, why not ask what I do? It occurred to me that he must think my partner was buying this car for me! Ridiculous!

Final strike: after a half hour of impersonal, rushed, and mechanical paperwork, Juan vanishes for a while and the manager comes to the desk with my file. You know, MY file? The one with my feminine name solely on everything? The one with the large check sporting only my name? He looks right past me, at my boyfriend, extends his hand to shake and says, "Mr. Boles!" I am flabbergasted at this point and promptly fire back, "Actually, I am MISS BOLES, and I am buying this car"

I was too spent from a day of defending my ability to simultaneously have breasts and buy a car to argue about the 4 massive auction stickers left on the windshield and body, the extra fees which include a doc fee, transfer fee, title fee, breathing fee, and existing fee. I paid full asking price and we left.

Easiest commission Juan has ever made in his life, and he couldn't even act like a decent person during the process.

    Thanks, Hennessey, love the car.

*The day before I was blessed by Hennessy GMC.

I WAS a regular customer at Bellamy Strickland GMC, who frequents their business for the purpose of getting my 2013 GMC Denali serviced. I have been in the market for a new vehicle, and was looking to trade my vehicle in for a newer model. I walked into sales, and advised that I was interested in purchasing their newer model GMC.

    FIRST MISTAKE:

Sales Rep Mr. Larry Sims looks around asking others, "Do you want to help him? Do you want to help him? I guess I will help him". Once he decides to entertain my inquiry, I advise him of the new GMC Denali I am interested in. His response is, "Well you know that's a pretty expensive car, right?". Now at this point, it's clear that he doesn't believe I can afford this vehicle. His demeanor was very unpleasant.

    Second Mistake:

After encouraging the representative to cut pass the small talk, (as I was ready to continue on with paperwork), my credit union confirms (while still in his presence) that they are ready to stroke out a $60,000 check! Unfortunately the sales rep was offering me about $3,000 less than what I KNOW my trade in was worth, and kept reassuring that there was nothing else he could do.

After re evaluating the entire bad experience, I decided that my money would be more appreciated else where.

    THE NEXT DAY:

The very next day I walked into Hennessy GMC, received excellent customer service, a generous offer for my trade in, and ultimately my new 2015 GMC Denali!

Bad move Bellamy Strickland Great save Hennessy GMC!!!

    HORRIBLE!!!!!
I've been coming to the dealership for over 12 years, even purchased two cars from them and the service continues to go down hill. The only reason I go back is because it's the closest to my home. Very unprofessionally service and they don't take any pride or focus on customer service. I would think that being a loyal customer for over 12 years would maybe they would be more willing to address my issues but that is far from the case. For example, I towed my car to there dealership on Monday morning, got a call Tuesday afternoon with a price quote and was told it was ready. When I arrive my car was still not drivable and parts and wires were still pulled apart. Moreover, my car was in disarray. After explaining to the manager of my experience, his response was basically "We later found another problem and it's gonna cost you another $1500.00 after they already quoted me $800.00 and told me my car was ready for pick up. Appalling!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Armada in late November 2016. I had one of the best experiences of purchasing a vehicle when I was at Hennessy. My sales rep was Billy Simmons. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. There wasn't a lot of haggling back and forth with the deal. It was pretty straight forward. The thing that sold me on this dealership is the 72 hr guarantee. It allows you bring the vehicle back no questions asked. I took the vehicle to a repair shop to get it inspected, they found an issue. I brought the vehicle back and was taken care of wonderfully. I was put in a nice loaner similar to my vehicle for a few days until they repaired my vehicle. The guy that processed all my paper work was a great guy as well. I will definitely come back to Hennessy 1st when looking to purchase a vehicle and will definitely refer family and friends on over to Billy. Thanks for making my purchase a stress and hassle free experience. I love my truck. It has been running great!

Some of men that sit at the stations when you come in the service center could use a lesson in customer service. This is the second time I've got my car service there and they sometimes are rude. Not very friendly. Which is weird because everyone else on so helpful (including the collision center). The technicians are very nice along with the young lady that checks you out. The sales people are the nicest even though I'm just there to get my car serviced. The service was a reasonable wait time. Very nice waiting area with clean bathrooms.

I implore you to not use this dealership. I consider myself a savy consumer and was almost taken by this dealership. I found a vehicle i was interested online at their dealership and travel to see it. They over stated the amenities and the quality. It was still a nice vehicle. We test drove it several times and discussed the vehicle.

Now the catch. When it came time to negotiate price. First they did the typical thing of ask for your keys to check out the trade-in. When i asked for keys back, they said sure get them right to you, but lets keep talking. Then when i held ground on what i wanted to pay, they started the stall tactic of computer issues or let me talk to my manager. Then when we came close to a deal, all of a sudden the dealership says oops, we were talking about wrong vehicle. So they did the bait and switch.

So by using bait and switch and the stall tactic to wear you down they get a sail for an over priced vehicle and using their credit sources for a high interest rate. When they asked me what my loan interest rate was they said not possible.

They do not like educated buyers. So please be wary, this is a bad place to buy a vehicle.

I live out of state and had seen an Impala online that I was really interested in. I contacted the dealership through email and they quickly responded and answered all of my questions about the car. The thing that impressed me most was that there was never any pressure from any one on the sales staff or finance. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is shopping for a new vehicle. Omar Cash was the best salesperson I have worked with in along time. I would also recommend him to anyone because of his excellent customer service.
