They know how to work a deal!! they are the best in the business.. so happy with the NEW 2500
Thank you guys,
Go talk to Mater Certified he can make it happen..
OK now that I bought my truck from them I took my truck to get it oil change and a two filters to be changed out and they charge me free for the oil change but $428 for two filters !! Wow that is out rages. Now I went to a different dealership to get a oil change and the filters changed once again my oil change is free and my filter was only $172. Why is it that they charge $428 and everybody else is charging the minimum of $172 ! wow that is out rages. Now I went to a different dealership to get a oil change and the filters changed once again my old change is free and my filter was only $172. Why is it that they charge $428 and everybody else is charging the minimum of $172 -$210 !! Why is it that their rate are way higher than the usual competition. Now they do have great deals on trucks but where they get you is on the service part I would never go there for any service on my vehicles I prefer to go to smaller competition which they charge you the right rate !! now I call and I spoke with the service manager which is Megan and she told me that that is what they charge and that’s nothing they can do about it. If I don’t like it I can go somewhere else that’s what she told me. So I will go somewhere else never again will I go back for again for any service .
Thanks landmark Dodge !!!
I went into the service department to get my oil change because when I purchase my car they gave me two free oil changes. As I pull into the service department to associates greeted me by staring , so I ask them did I do something wrong. They were staring at me like I stole something, then the associate name Jazzy ask me did I purchase my car here and I said yes. Then as I pull to the next desk the lady ask how can I help you, I told her I had a free oil change and she said did you get your car here I said yes. At that point I was telling someone on the phone what happened and I was telling them that my car clearly has Landmark on the back and she stated I can’t see that which her name is Amanda, at that point I told her I wasn’t talking to her. I then ask for the manager which was Tim Henderson and I explained the situation to him all he can tell me was somebody in a car like mines was staking the parking lot out yesterday, I work in retail and the way he worded that to me is like me going into a store being accused of stealing and you check me and my belongings and I don’t have anything, that’s a lawsuit in retail. He had the nerves to tell me he was trying to apologize, but how can you apologize you have already made me feel like I’m a victim. This was the worse customer service experience I have ever had to feel like a thief, and profile immediately as I enter that establishment. I feel that the manager along with the associates they need training when it comes to situations like I experienced.
I had the pleasure of buying a car from Tyler Blackmon. He worked with me for around 3 weeks and never pushed me out of my comfort zone or tried to rush me in the buying process. He was very professional and got me into exactly the car I was looking for. I will send everyone I know to him! Also thanks to the other staff at Landmark for making this an easy process for me!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Have never got car back in timely manor. Schedule appointments mean nothing, one day job is three days, two days sitting in hold lot on average. Have had a concern of a transmission since I bought the car, not once did they check any history. Final straw was a rework of a car's trailer light problem, 1st time they again say they found nothing wrong. They even said they plugged in a tester. So a week before I needed my trailer, I found the problem still there. After talking to two people, all I got was bring it in the morning and maybe they could look at but it will be at best Fridayand it was Tuesday. A miracle happen, the looked at it that day and found the problem! So after all that I was charged $5 for a fuse and $75 labor, and $60 for my rental car. No sorry, no follow up. Always buy American, now my next car will be a Honda! They build them here now. Girl friend Honda build better and service better in morrow GA. Bye bye Dodge for ever!
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The sales center was great when I bought my car but the service center is horrible. I've had my car for 3 years now and have yet to have a pleasant experience with the service center. I took my car up there today for a routine service and a little extra stuff. They charged me almost $300. When They finished my dad decided to check underneath the hood. They put new oil in but did not fill it up. And my radiator was almost completely empty even though I paid to have it filled up. Previously I brought my car in for a recall on the alternator. They replaced the alternator. Less than a month later I still had trouble with my car so I brought it back up for a diagnostic. The diagnostic was suppose to be 48 hours tops. I didn't get my car back for 5 or 6 days. When I got it back they told me they replaced the alternator. I asked them why did they replaced a brand new alternator when I had just gotten a new one maybe two weeks prior. The service technician told me they did not put an alternator on the first time. I pulled out the paperwork that I had saved and showed it to him. He then back tracked and said they put the alternator on the first time but maybe they connected it wrong so they put another new one in. I have called for managers as well as left voicemails for managers that were never returned. I have been at the service center and asked for a manager and still one did not come to help me. If I would've have known about the service center i would never have even bought the car from the dealership. You guys are horrible. I tried to give you no stars but It wouldn't allow me to post with no stars. Now that my warranty is up and I have to pay out of pocket for oil changes I will no longer be coming here.
Never answers the phone, hard to make a appointment. They will sell you a car just to get you out of their. Brought a brand new 2017 Chrysler, 5 months later my front CV axels is making a loud noise. Bad customer service all around, wish I would have gone to another dealership who appreciates my business and that sell better quality cars.
Service center is horrible. Work does not get done get charged for stuff that was never done or told it was done just to find out it was not. The cashier is great she has better customer service than anyone else in the place
We spent hours making sure that we were going to be given an online price we had seen. The sales person had to get it approved 3 times and finally came and told us it was done. The manager even came and congratulated us on the price, but the finance guy left the room mid signing saying he needed to " check on something ". We realized later that the price had been increased almost $5,000 and all of the "incentives" they offered us to close that day instead of coming back as we planned had been charged for at a premium price. We didn't notice on the last page because the monthly payments stayed the same. They simply extended the number of months. Sneaky sneaky.
This rating is placed directly at their service department. The worst service you could ever experience. Every time and I mean every time I go there it's some kind of issue. They will have you to schedule service and then when you get there, they will either not have the part or try to make some excuse not to service your vehicle. So we made another appointment and guess what, the same thing again. Keep the car for three hours then called and said they don't have the part again, even though they knew what part was. There is zero communication with the service managers, the people who make the appointments and the service staff. It's a helpless feeling when you go there, because they always try to do as little as possible. You bring your car in and say you need an oil change and tire rotation. They change the oil and don't rotate your tires and then tell you, you didn't need it. So they won't even do service you ask for. You don't to wait until your tires start to show wear before you rotate them, even tells you that in the manual. But these idiots will try to tell you anything not to do their jobs. The dealership is great but, just be ready to take your car somewhere else for service or prepare to be frustrated almost every time you go there. You can also expect your car not to last as long because of the sorry service you get from them. If there were a lower rating, I would give it to them. It's a sad combination, you get a great deal when buying a car and then you have to experience their service department. The biggest issue they have, is they have no respect for your time. You make an appointment and they turn you away with some BS story, not even thinking about the fact, you took off to get this done.
Hands down the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership! The dealership itself is a clean, welcoming environment with one of the largest selections of new and used cars I've ever seen. Everyone that I was involved with from sales to finance, and even the GM, Tim was amazing. Tony Cooper and Clarence Long are the two salesmen who assisted me through my purchase of a new vehicle. Both of these men boast professionalism, show a genuine interest in their clients and are willing to go above and beyond to meet the conditions of their potential customer. I highly recommend both of these young men to anyone and everyone.
This dealership knows what they are doing. I did an out of state purchase of a car with them and had no issues whatsoever. They did a great job with communication and the paperwork was so easy. Huge selection of cars and are great to work with.
Wait time is 8 hours are more for service. "Three" days or more to have your car service. Appointment is only for "drop off only" for you to pay the fee of 139.99, for them to inform you "72 hours, 3 days" later what wrong with your car. The wait times is a week for services, make Landmark great again PLEASE.
We came to check out Dodge Chargers RT. We walked past a salesman that didn't speak or ask did we need any help. I figured out how to get across the parking lot. We walked past another salesman, he didn't speak either or ask did we need help. We walked from the customer parking area completely around the building & no one still came out to show any type of courtesy. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to this car dealership! No one ever came outside to speak with us and two people watched us as we walked around past the side doors. Terrible customer service! I wouldn't even give them one star, If i could've done the review without doing so!!! 😡😡😡😡
Hello, My husband truck was there for 4 days which no one communicated anything until I I went in person to find out what was going on. Only one young lady at the desk was helpful to find out that the truck was not ready and had to come back. The service was not!!! good nor the communication. Brandy was nice but other than that, we will not be back or recommend this dealer to our family or friends.
Hands down the best Dodge Jeep Chrysler service department I've ever been to. Just received my car from Hawaii and ran into a bunch of issues after getting it from the VPC. Pulled into the service department and talk to Evan Biddle and he did everything he could to help me out and get me back on the road to Mississippi. He personally went back to talk to one of the mechanics to find out what the issues could possibly be and came right back out but the diagnostic tool to figure out what the service light issue was. Evan Biddle is hands down the best service representative I've ever had the pleasure with working with from the East coast to the Pacific. Now I just wish I was closer to Atlanta to continue getting the great service.
