Found car online. Very smooth transaction with helpful staff that never pressured me on anything. Would recommend this dealer and Rich the salesman.
Every one there did a great job very friendly and didn’t feel like it was all about the sale which I liked. They had a great price on the jeep I bought. I worked with Matt he was great had normal conversation other then just buying the Jeep. Got to know him a little and he got to know my wife and I. He was real thorough with everything I was signing and what everything on the Jeep was and how to work everything. The financing part was good the guy was nice and explained everything. The only thing I thought wasn’t as good was my trade in value I felt it should have been a little higher but it wasn’t far off from what I wanted as a trade in. It made up for it though with the amount of money I got off from the new one.
Good experience for the most. Pretty low on trade in value compared to other local dealers. They were less 1000 Plus on trades compared elsewhere.
We drove five hours to get to this dealer because they had cars we were looking for at prices we were happy with (and we were not disappointed). When we got there, they had the vehicle we had selected online- indoors, cleaned up and ready to test drive.
All the paperwork was ready which made things very easy/ very professional.
I highly recommend Hinkle Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone looking to buy a vehicle/ definitely worth the drive!!!!
I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan. It was exactly what I wanted. The Salesperson Jim Clair was great to work with and made the process easy.
After I picked up the Caravan I noticed a missing floor mat. Jim made sure I got a replacement. I would recommend Henkel to anyone.
Gale was very knowledgeable, fun and easy to work with. Would highly recommend Gale and Henkle!! Thanks for a great deal and will be back! 😁
Called the day before to program a key to my truck. I was told they had a key in stock and all I had to do was come in anytime the next day and the process will take up to 10 minutes. I stopped by the following morning and they told me they didn't know if they had a key in stock and I had to go to another desk to see, even though I told them I already talk to someone. still they insist. After I finished speaking to the other desk and they checked to see if they had the key in stock, I was told to walk back to the previous desk. When I approached the desk they told me they had no time to program the key even if the garage was empty as it was. I had to come back in a few hours. Finally I came back and they got me in and out as soon as possible, although not as fast as they originally said. It would of been a better experience if they kept there word about seeing me anytime, knowing how long the process really took, and listened to there customers more. Also the key cost way to much.
If I could give this place a whopping ZERO stars I would!
Last year, when shopping for a new/used car I stumbled upon one that I loved with only 7,000 miles. I read the sticker that mentioned it was a buy back. When I asked what that meant the man told me that the previous owner had returned it because they did not like the way the transmission shifts due to the 9-speed transmissions used in most Chryslers. Sounds like a reasonable explanation, right? WRONG!
After a year of failed break lines, a wheel bearing going out, faulty hoses, and an overheating engine I decided to consider trading it in in hopes to break even. When the new dealer ran the report to determine trade-in value he found that the title was dirty. a LEMON!
This place is crooked. DO NOT BUY FROM HENKEL! These people are slimy!
Service was quick. Only issue was when they told me that my truck was done, they didn't tell me where it was. Had to go ask.
I own a 2015 Dodge Journey that I bought from another dealership. I was informed during an oil change that it was leaking Transmission fluid. As it is under warranty I had to take it to a Dodge dealer. When I contacted Henkel I was given an appointment almost a month out. I called after about a week and told them I also had a safety recall on my brakes and would like that fixed while my vehicle was in the shop. They said only if we have the parts. Well, it seems to me they could have gotten my VIN in advance and ordered the part if needed but ok. So the day arrived to bring in my car. The man working in the service garage was very rude. He was upset that I did not pull up to the garage and honk. He then informed me that it would be an 80 dollar charge to even look at my vehicle and if I didn't like it I could take it back to the service department where I bought it. I explained that it should be under warranty. He said well it has a lot of miles on it so it may not be covered by warranty. I wasn't happy but I left the car. They called me about an hour or so later and told me it was covered under warranty but they could change the transmission filter while they were in there for ONLY the price of the filter. I agreed. I also asked that they change the air filter. He agreed and said it would only cost me the price of that filter as well. So 5pm rolls around and I come in to pick up my car. They have it parked out back in the snow and refuse to pull it around for me (I thought this was the "service" department) I pay my bill and go on my way. When I got home I realized they charged me 5 dollars labor! It was only 5 dollars, but it was my 5 dollars. The staff was rude and they snuck in charges, I will NEVER go back!!!
I was referred by a family member and bought my Chrysler 200 in September. My 200 came through the Chrysler Buy Back Program and Henkel Auto provided me with every detail on why my car was reacquired and everything that was done to resolve the issue, making sure I was 100% confident with my purchase. My salesman was very patient with me, over the course of a few days I test drove multiple models to assure I found the perfect 200 for me ! My salesman reached out a few weeks later to see how I was doing. I love my car and will always refer Henkel Auto to my friends and family!
I had the displeasure of working with Morgan Taylor. I asked them to match a trade in offer I received from another Jeep dealership because I liked Henkel's inventory specs better. Morgan said with arrogance that I should just go to the other dealership. Apparently Henkel is too good for my business. Just a side note, the trade in offer was $8,000+ below what dealers are selling my Mercedes at currently! Don't be greedy, you still would have made a killing at my expense.
