Only my favorite store to shop at! All of the locations in ftw are great ,including this one. Management is nice and friendly!! Kohls rocks!

Usually have a great experience with this Kohls, tonight however was different. I know today can be stressful for people in retail but Jurell or Jarell the " best manger of all kohls" as he put was rude and unprofessional in my opinion this evening. I was in line at the beauty conter for around 15 mins, when a lady came up and said if we were in this line then we needed to purchase something in beauty. I thought ok would of been nice to know but whatever me and my wife were eyeing a makeup set for our sons girlfriend so we went ahead and decided to purchase it. Around five minutes later the manager jarell or Jurell came up and reiterated what the other lady had just said. All people in line did have beauty products in hand but I guess some of there items were not enough for him. I didn't hear all of it but he got into with a patron behind me and got him so worked up that he, his wife and child ended up walking out. At that point my wife chimed in and said it wasn't that deep , and he started in with her. AS he tried to rationalize his reasoning for acting this way, I felt he was unnecessarily rude, I then asked for his name and who was above him, he replied he is the s store manger and no one is above him. I then asked if there was a 800 number I could call , he snarled back " ya look it up ". AS I said before I know this day can be stressful but I dont think this excuses his behaviors this evening. All In all i really like kohls, but to be treated in this way is unexceptable. Now i know I may not spend thousands of dollars at your store for you to care about me, but until me and my wife receive some sort of apology from the manager himself you guys have lost a loyal customer.

I went in there looking for a jacket I found a nice jean jacket with embroidery and it was on sale I went to the register it rang up full price I didn't buy it when shopping at Walmart still thinking about that jacket so I went back in took the jacket back up to a different cash register and the cashier was very friendly and my coat rang up for the right price I left a happy camper I wasn't really happy with the first cashier she didn't even offer to get a price check but I'm happy now

No one to help me..sizes for 18-24 women are very very far few and in between..and I don't like how now you get a ticket for 10 off, but only during certain days..it should be good for whole minth

Fantastic!!! Kalya (I believe is her name) in the jewelry department went beyond her job. I came in with a broken band for a watch
It's my mom's who had emergency brain surgery march 23rd. She is in rehab still with other issues. The watch means a lot to her my dad bought for her years ago. They just celebrated 61years of marriages June 30th. They hold hands,hug as if it was yesterday. Our family is going through a very difficult time. My dad who is very independent and up until the brain injury worked 3 days a week. (He's ok but wants to visit my mom daily and just turned 84 june 12th. ) He also has some issues with his hip) which stops him from playing his favorite sport hockey!! He is Mr Komet he played for 14yrs for the fort Wayne Komets. My point for sharing all this. Is we need more kind,caring people who work hard in retail under pressure. Kayla kept trying to get the band to fit.(even when another employee kept saying" We just can't do it". That was rude and very uncomfortable for me standing watching as Kayla (again I'm not sure of name) she wore glasses and spoke very soft confident. She wasn't going to.give up. As again the other employee wanted her to stop. It's nice to shop in a store where employees smile,assist you but not OVER assisting. I,like Kohls and today although the watch didn't work out. Kayla mentioned a jewelry store. And helped me with a shirt I bought 1yr ago the security tag was left on. My nephew bought for me and doesn't have receipt. She didn't think it would be a problem to bring in and have tag taken off. The last few months have been rough. Today 1 girl made a difference. She cared. She made me smile. I think her boss is Gerald. And it's the Kohls on Maysville rd. Jewelry department. Yes. A GREAT experience!!! Please make sure she gets some Great Job and a thank you!!

Staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. Setup is like any other Kohl's. We've shopped here numerous times and have never had any problems.

Always so hard to find different departments. Waited half hour in checkout. Otherwise great store. Checkout person very helpful and courteous.
