I had never owned a motorcycle before and unfortunately, I bought one off Craigslist and I got a bike that definitely needed work. I had heard great things about Hector's so I decided to give them a try. Thank God I did!! Everyone I encountered were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!! But I want to really thank both Laurie in parts and Casey in service!! You both made this experience stress free and enjoyable. Not only will I only bring my bike here for service but I'm going to spread the word and when I buy my next bike it'll definitely be at Hector's. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!

Honestly Hector's is usually my place to go with any of my motorcycle needs. So when I recently needed the new tires I purchased online swapped with the old tires, I called to double check how much it was to swap and balance just the tires by themselves I took them off the bike already, and they said it would be about $75. For that much I could seriously pay $5 more and go get the balancer and tire removal hardware from the store. I really like the group of people down there but that's way too much for something that would take less than 20 min to do. I just took them to Express Bike and Auto for $25 per tire, way cheaper price for the same service. Also I got the same tires as my dad did at Hectors; same brand and size. And I got them $60 cheaper online. My dad ordered through Hector's and they swapped the tires with the tires off the bike and for everything it cost him over $300. It cost me a little over $200 to just go to Express.

We have done business with Hectors for years. They have great machines and products! The staff are very friendly, and they take care of all the paperwork! It's super convenient to deal with them.

I've always been treated fairly and honestly at Hectors . I liked it so much I've purchased 2 bikes from here it's the small town feel everyone knows who I am when I walk in its like visiting a good friend kind of feel and I love that the most .

Been there a couple of times. 1st time I went there for a throttle cable for my dirtbike. They told me that my cable did not exist, stock or even aftermarket Lol what kind of dealer says that?!?.. A quick eBay search proved them wrong. Second time I went there for oil for my bike. I told them my make/model & they gave me what they said was "the right oil" well it wasn't and it messed up the clutch plates. 3rd time I went there for a sprocket. I said that I needed a 12 tooth sprocket. After arguing with the lady, she decided that I wanted a 14 tooth sprocket & ordered it anyway. Well it wasn't even for the right bike. So I returned it and they said that the right sprocket would be in in a day or 2. After 2 weeks it still was not in & I demanded my money back. That's 3 times in a row that I have not been impressed. I would not recommend them to anybody
