Hearth and Home sold and installed a fireplace in out new home. Jeff seemed like a nice guy but we were quite unhappy with the end result. It has never drafted well. They came out once, were in a rush and seemed irritated to have to be here at all. Bottom line is they said "some fireplaces just smoke". Very helpful. I tried calling them a few times after they first came out but answer and don't return the calls. NO support after the sale. I've had to pay someone else to fix what I already paid them to do. Can not recommend them.

Jeff did an outstanding job with the installation of my wood burning furnace for my new home, but also took the time to help coordinate the installation with my framing and stonework teams to provide a true custom fit.

My project was an outdoor fireplace that required both block and framing work to tie it into my porch. Jeff did quality work in a timely manner. I had a lot of special request which he was able to accommodated.

I have known and used Jeff Nix / Hearth & Home for over 20 years on a wide variety of projects from simple repairs, remodels, additions to multi-million dollar homes. He and his staff have always recommended appropriate fireplaces & logs, discussed pros and cons of different units with me and my customers, done professional installations that pass inspection first time every time and have gone above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction many times. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

The owner is a great guy and I have always been pleased with my gas logs!! I wouldn't trust anyone else to install.
