  The attorneys and staff at Heard Merman are the best! My relatives were involved in a car accident with more than a fair amount of physical damage, and the staff there made our family feel so taken care of. We are not "sue happy" type of people, but when something bad happens to someone you love, you realize how important it is to have the right firm on your side. Heard Merman communicated with us well, and they made us feel like family. They were realistic about what could be done, and we feel they went after everything they could. We still have the physical scars, but Heard Merman helped us heal some of the emotional scars from the traumatizing event. Shout out to attorney Derek, paralegal Tommie, and the rest of the firm's staff for their amazing work. If ever you are unfortunate enough to be hurt by someone else, call Heard Merman.

  Heard Merman is a great firm with some amazing talent. The associate, Kane Kenney was so helpful and patient with me. He was able to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!). I felt very comfortable and knew he had my best interests at heart. I would definitely recommend them!

  Heard Merman offers one of the most professional experiences imaginable dealing with complicated legal matters. Their associate Kane Kenney was my main point of contact and he is the definition of courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He always goes above and beyond to answer all of my questions and he does so in a simple and concise manner. I can’t recommend Heard Merman or Mr. Kenney enough for anyone looking for representation.

  Outstanding professionalism. After hurricane Harvey, Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. was treating me as if I was looking for charity and not a paying customer. Derrick and Kane, and Tommie put an end to all the disrespect, fought and won my case. I cannot describe how grateful I am to have found them. If you are looking for a winning team, they are it.

  Called their office inquiring about a hernia mesh potential lawsuit, and after giving general information concerning my case, I never heard from them.
  
  Ok, no problem as I wouldn't want a law firm representing me if they couldn't at least take a couple minutes of their precious time, to call me back, and/or at least give me a reasoning for not wanting my case.
  
  I have noticed most lawyers here in Houston, claim they take on hernia mesh lawsuits, when all they really want is to file your case in a class action suit. From what I have heard and experienced, is they don't have to take on much work to just file a persons case into a cattle call type of lawsuit.
  
  I am not saying this law firm is like many others I have come across, but more of information for others in the same boat as me.
