  If you're reading and contemplating this, yes, you need a lawyer. I had a catastrophic accident that rendered me disabled, and my social security disability claim was denied twice. There was one problem, even though my claim was valid, unless you speak the language of the system it's going to spit you out. Mr. Marks not only speaks that language but has a working relationship with the adjudicators and offices you'll need to navigate. Speaking as an ex Marine and 15 year construction worker, I appreciated the fact that Mr. Marks is blunt, upfront, and not full of b@llsh!t. He'll let you know where you stand and what you should do.   Mr. Marks is an exceptional attorney and straight shooter providing you with realistic expectations of your case and guiding you every step of the way. His assistant Dee is fantastic as well in helping with the process. I greatly appreciate their genuine caring, honesty, and professionalism as they treated me like family.
