I have a permanent scar now on my hand from a bbl treatment, also the botox injections that I have had done have been terrible since Mary left. I think more training needs done!

The front desk staff were really easy to work with and very friendly. Kristen, my massage therapist, did a lovely job with the 60min Signature Massage. I'll definitely be back!

Don't waste your money I got a mini Facelift $6,000 dollar's a year ago with almost no results and the doctor left. Healing Water's told me to contact the doctor who did the surgery which I did and he wants to do another surgery and more money.. Healing Water's won't do anything to make it right

Had a fantastic time! Got a full body massage with the hot oil scalp treatment. Facility was clean, I was very comfortable to entire experience. Was there during the mothers day special receive a white rose and a super yummy cake pop! View from the living room was gorgeous with lots of birds to watch! Only criticisms I have is: that I would have preferred and option for just plain fresh water to drink in the steam room instead of the flavored water, and the towels provided were a bit small for comfort. But all in all I had a wonderful time. After my services I had mimosas in the living room with my family. Bought a bath bomb before I left, I'm super excited to use it!

The last time I went I completely scheduled my day and other services around getting a massage with the person I preferred only to be given a new person who gave me a rub down at best, but not a massage. Also, sitting in a robe in a relaxation room with men and women using it as a waiting room isn't very relaxing.

Nice place, good locationbut service is too hit or miss for me. One day the therapist are great and the next time, the service is worse than the strip mall chains. Facilities are often out of service, steam doesn't work during body rituals, etc. If you have a good therapist stay with thembut don't deviate or you will be significantly disappointed.

I had scheduled for my husband and I to have massages out of town for his birthday and the place called and cancelled on me THE MORNING BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO LEAVE. So I started calling around local so we could do one before we had to depart. Unfortunately I did not call Healing Waters first because all the other places I called sounded annoyed because I was trying to make plans last minute (even though it wasn't my fault). They had no empathy or even cared this was his birthday gift. I almost gave up, but decided to call Healing Waters. The person I spoke with was so caring about the situation and got me scheduled for a couples massage the next morning! When I arrived, I was so impressed with the level of service from everyone and the beautiful atmosphere of the relaxation room overlooking the fountain in Bradley Fair! We travel all the time and have been to spas all over the world, and this one offered little touches to their service that I have never seen before, such as washing your feet prior to taking you back and bringing you water after your service has been completed. My only regret about going here is that I did not schedule to do it sooner. I am very proud this place is local and I will continue to support it, it will be my first choice every time. If you are looking for a place for spa services, please DO NOT listen to the negative reviews and call them. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

I lost both of my breasts to cancer in 2007. After treatment I went to a plastic surgeon in Oklahoma When he told me how he would restore my breasts I ran out of his office. I waited until 2015 to think about rebuilding them again. A friend found Dr Schoonover and his wonderful staff. Him and his staff took care of me and explained everything every step of the way. They are professional courteous and kind. I now have my beasts restored and my self esteem is growing daily. Oh by the way I was so pleased that they also did a tummy tuck.I highly suggest that if you need plastic surgery of any kind that you give them a shot to talk to you.

I have not met one staff member that hasn't been polite and able to answer any of my questions. I absolutely love Dr. Troutman. She always makes me feel like she really cares about me as a person as well as a patient. She always is honest and upfront with me and I respect that!
