I seen when Ian posted my Defender on Facebook and by the next day was headed to Missouri from Texas (about 10 hours)! He not only was great but I ordered the windshield and back glass and had them installed on my way when I called him about 3 hours away from the dealership! In and out within an hour! Absolutely great experience all the way around! Most definitely worth the drive and surely would do it again!
Great selection. The staff is great and I will shop here again
Bought a great custom Harley Davidson motorcycle from them at a great price. They gave me discounts on a few items that I needed. Helped me get my bike started at my girlfriend's place when the battery was dead, and repaired the taillight and left blinker free of charge. NOW THAT IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Solidly awesome folks. Bought a 2004 bike unseen over the Internet. Had major reservations, but these guys were great. Great deal, great communication, and absolutely great bike. They need to find a new shipper (2 months for delivery), but they’re aware of it and were great at communicating during that time. They seem to be legit motorcycle people intent in making you happy, and I can’t recommend them enough.
Super nice people, service staff is awesome and love the dog! Staff was very helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable and friendly. I live in St Louis and happy to do the 90 minute drive to do business with them.
Stopped buy to look cause I’ve always been interested, and of course they gave me an offer I had called back the next morning to tell them I had decided to wait until spring time but of course they gave me an offer that was just crazy!!!! In fact it was so crazy that if I would have turned it down I would have been plum crazy myself Neatless to say by the end of the day I am now a proud owner of an Indian!!!
If you don’t stop by and check them out that will be one Decision that you will come to regret !!!
Great experience. Worked with Eric Myers. Great guy. Knows his stuff! Couldn't be happier. I will be taking my bike here for service because of this team vs dealership closer to me. I can't talk highly enough about this team of folks.
Yesterday I purchased my second motorcycle from head motor company and just as the first experience I was very impressed! Salesman was very nice and knowledgeable and was not pushy as if I were to go to a Harley dealer or most car dealers around town. They met my needs on a bike that I wanted and was comfortable on and also on price. The overall experience was exceptionally well and very smooth. The in house insurance rep got me a great deal on my insurance and was very helpful. I am very happy with the way I was treated and will always do business with them.
Very disappointed. My husband and dad drove from Wichita, KS to purchase a vehicle- check in hand. When they get there, they inspected the vehicle to find multiple dents (which in our eyes was fine and was not a deal breaker). Then on the test drive, my husband was pressing buttons to make sure everything was in working order until he got to the sunglasses holder. The salesman told him not to press that but was too late in saying so, and all the springs and holder popped out and went everywhere. When they got back to the dealership, my husband checked under the car for any oil leaks only to find that the entire bottom of the vehicle was corroded. The insides of the wheels were so corroded that chunks of them would come off when touched.
I'm saying all of this, it isn't necessarily about the vehicle itself. If we would have been told the truth about the actual condition the car was in, my husband and dad wouldn't have taken the 5+ hour drive to this dealership. When my husband told the salesman that they were leaving without the vehicle, the man acted surprised and then was rude. If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would.
My husband bought a bike. Everyone was polite and friendly. My favorite employee was the dog.
Bought a used Harley from Eric and Steve. Great guys, easy and transparent transaction, and all with a great price. Had a check engine light pop up a day later and they took care of it even though it was after the fact. Great customer service!
Went there after months of pondering on a purchase, so on August2ND I went there to check it outonly to be insulted by these peopleEspecially the owner.Since when do besides having a motorcycle endorsement, and full coverage insurance on the vehicle you drive up in only to be told no you can't test drive it because you don't have Motorcycle insurance??OK totally LOST ME with that one,and tried to be very convincing that it was what's required, mind you I have bought bikes from Larry's in JEFFERSON City, and seebolds at Lake ducati and neither Ever required me to present a Motorcycle insurancelolguess if you don't own one you better have motorcycle insurance before purchasing from this Rodeo obviouslythis is straight from the ownershipwhat a beautiful image.
Semper fi my money spends Anywhere your Loss for sure.😂
Fantastic service that doesn't feel like they're putting on a show just to get your money. They are cool people who happen to be a dealership. Maybe it's just that they deal with motorcycles and riders interested in a particular brand do their homework and come in the door looking for something specific but at no time, did I feel like I was getting that slick switch-a-roo. I got exactly what I wanted without that salesperson that smiles and nods and tries to trick you into spending more.
This was by far the best dealership experience I've had buying a new bike. Everyone was helpful without being pushy. I was shopping around for a bit between a Victory Highball and Indian Chief Dark Horse. After coming and talking to Steve and later Shawn, I decided on the Dark Horse. We were able to make a grest deal that I felt was mutually beneficial without too much negotiating. They were able to get me a better rate than my bank and didn't shotgun out my credit app like a lot of dealers do. Shawn was awesome dealing with my complicated parts order, adjusting things around so I could get the most out of the incentives. Stuart was great at explaining everything about the terms of my financing. There were a couple of rad ladies that were super helpful and gave me some glasses, regrettably I didn't get their names (ladies thank you both for your help and friendly attitudes). Possibly best of all, they have a groovy little dog chilling at the place. I'm really excited to be a part of the Indian family now and will definitely do business with them again.
I had a wonderful experience while buying my little sister a car. They had a very friendly and knowledgable staff and were able to find me a newer vehicle than I expected well within my price range.
I did a trade in on a motorcycle, everybody was really cool! Non of the sales people seemed real pushy which I really liked. My sales guy Shawn made the process very easy, if you are looking at buying a bike go see these guys!
My experience at Head Indian Motor Company was as pleasing as most certainly possible. I came in looking for a Scout Sixty. I was approached by a salesman named Tony. He was very knowledgable about the bike so he was able to answer every question I had. There was no pressure to buy just look at our inventory this is the info on the motorcycles. In the end the bike was too beautiful to leave in the showroom. Stuart was the man helping me with financing he did everything he could to get me the best deal. I was completely impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff I would and definitely will refer people to Head Motor Company.
