Great community college with a wide assortment of classes. World famous crafts department. Building Construction Technology is a great course. Beautiful campus with great walking trails and a disc golf course!

Wonderful challenging Disc Golf Course that played around the campus. Technical and some open, carpet tee pads, well marked and maintained. Open to public

This place is terrible. A few teachers are amazing, but the admin and other teachers are aweful. As a service member, I was not allowed to graduate because I missed too many classes, and "military service is not considered an excused absence". They fired the VA person because she helped too many veterans complete the application process. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A VETERAN. Teachers were openly hostile towards veterans. If you have to go here, don't mention military experience.

Haywood Community College is a great school. I especially love the ladies at the TLC. They're so friendly and helpful. A good place for wildlife programs but not art, sadly.
