  The hotel was excellent. The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. The convenient to everything. Sanibel Island, beaches and the Lighthouse about 20-25 minutes away. The best part is they are a few steps away from Perkins. Literally a few steps and they give you a 10% coupon to use at Perkins and other eateries in the area for staying at the hotel. The only thing I did not care about was their breakfast but everything else made up for it.

  I had a great 3 night stay. Comfortable room, Good hot breakfast (egg white veggie omlette, various sausages and pastries). Pleasant staff.

  Love Holiday Inns. Consistently clean. Hot breakfast included. The pillows are so comfortable that we searched online to buy the same pillows for our home!

  Stayed two nights with hubby and son. I personally know the exterminator who services this location, so we picked it because we KNEW they were bed bug free! Very clean rooms, pleasantly surprised by awesome free breakfast bar and the coffee was AWESOME! No bed bugs, great coffee, sparkling pool with a tiki hut around it, clean roomsa bit expensive, but no bugs. It's worth it. They take pets too!!!! Nicely treated by staff as well. Great stay, highly recommend.

  Good rooms. Minor damage to bathroom poor molding and construction things falling apart. Shower head has hard water on head and not as clean as a normal holiday inn. I gave 4 because it’s a good place to stay. Just low quality for a holiday inns staff was very talkative and could have helped customers faster being there was a line. Coffee ain’t great either.

  This location is a little difficult to access coming from Fort Myers but other than that it's a nice hotel for the price. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is close to downtown.

  The room space was mediocre and was very clean. However one of the beds is right up against the air conditioner so you're either sweating or getting blown away by the air conditioner. Loved the balcony and its size was sufficient. Was satisfied with the breakfast. it was a little better than most free breakfast you got at other hotels. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating overall it was a great stay.

  Nice hotel in Cape Coral FL. Nice sized room, coffee maker & mini fridge. All in all, your average hotel. Mostly clean, small hot breakfast included.

  Front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. John at the front desk was very nice, asking how our day was every time he saw us. The rooms from the second floor to the fifth have balconies with sliding door. Nice to sit out and have your morning

  Desk staff was pleasant, even if somewhat disinterested. The room was comfortable if a little small, but the bed and linens very very comfortable and everything was clean. The AC seemed to have trouble keeping up, regularly running every few minutes, but ultimately kept the room to my desired temperature. The breakfast options were fair, with a couple key substantial offerings unlike the typical continental, and the coffee was at least fresh and unburnt.
  
  All in all, I wouldn't mind staying here again, given the good rate.
