Bill was my service representative. He was thorough, professional, and very kind to boot. I went in to purchase a new tire that I believed that I needed. Not remembering that I have a tire warranty, Bill looked up the car profile and told me that they would figure out what needed to happen and keep me informed. HE told ME, that the issue was covered under the warranty!!!!!! I have been a customer of Hawkinson KIA for the past 10 years. I have to say, I've never been disappointed!!!

I have only used this location for service (i didn't purchase my car here), but i have been very pleased with their service department. The waiting area was clean with nice amenities (water and warm cookies). The wait time was long, but they kept me posted on the status of my car. I also appreciated the fact that they didn't try to upsell me on any unneeded services. i will definitely continue to bring my car here for services as needed.

I went into Hawkinson Kia about a week ago looking to buy a newer used car, Chris Vanek took the time to show me around and help me test drive multiple cars. He was extremely friendly and got me a great deal on a car that I love. When I went into finance Brandon Santoro saved me a lot of money on a great warranty and was so nice to work with.

Excellent service, Tim Ward, the service manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, he is an outstanding representative of the dealership. The service department not only did the work that I requested in a timely manner but found another safety issue which I had no idea about. The service department had no problem with fixing that problem also. I will always take my KIA back for service.

When you go in ask for Chris. He was very patience and kind. Everyone else on their team was equally great! Appreciate how accommodating they are. Brandon from finance was super responsive and andswered all my questions. I feel like even after I. Light my car and the made the sale, they still treat you with respect and give you the best customer experience! This was the exact opposite of what I was expecting. I have never purchased anything of this magnitude that was so easy. I was in at 10am and out with a car by 12pm. Where they do that at? Arielle was so great to us. Im excited to have a new car but feeling really good about how easy they made this process

I had a great experience working with Joshua Lamb at Hawkinson Kia. I had contacted Hawkinson about a Certified Pre Owned 2016 Kia Cadenza and arranged a test drive. Josh got me set up with the car and answered all my questions. I was not ready to buy at that point and Josh was very professional about it. I told Josh I'd be back at the end of March. Before I came back, the car I had test drove had been sold. I called Josh to talk about a lease for a new Cadenza and possibly a car for my girlfriend. Josh had the cars ready when we arrived and worked hard to get us the deal we needed. We walked away happy and with two brand new cars that we love. The rest of the team at Hawkinson were great to work with, too!
