terrible product. got my four door sedan tinted and every single window has bubbles in it. when I complained they said I must have rolled the windows down before they cured and refused to do anything about it. I hadn't even left the parking lot. save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

I found a groupon deal for this shop and it was a good price, but I wanted 5% tint. So before I purchased it I called the shop and spoke with a woman who said that they do 5% tint. So I purchased the voucher and set up my appointment. When I arrived I said I wanted 5% all around and was told they will only do 5% on the back windows. If I had known this I would have gone to a different shop that would do it all around. My car is in direct sunlight for 90% of the day so 5% for me was very important. Lastly, I too have what I feel is an excessive amount of bubbles in a couple of the windows. They tinted my car right by a giant roll up door that was open during construction on the lot. I don't understand why they wouldn't close it knowing all that dust is going to be in the shop. Overall I'm not very happy, especially since I was under the impression I could get 5% all around.
EDIT: so after several months now the tint looks worse. It's very obvious on 4 windows that they were not cleaned because the dirt shows right through the tint and looks like crap. All the windows on my passenger side have a lot of dust bubbles. Definitely because that was the side facing construction. I'm hoping they will honor their lifetime warranty and correct this issue hassle free.response / report this review -

The pictures I posted are from the day I picked up my truck. So imagine seeing that much dirt after you just paid for "professional" detailing inside and out. This was the dirt RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU on the control knobs, around the steering wheel, etc. There was loads of dirt when you looked in the hard to reach places.
Story gets worse as this was the SECOND detail job they did poorly. First was the family van. I go to pick up the van and find the door jamb untouched, trunk area not vacuumed and other issues. I go back inside to tell them and they say "there is no one here right now to take a look at it and fix it, but I can bring in back." I am standing there with a very confused look on my face because 2 PEOPLE ARE STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTER TALKING WITH ME..
Great so now I have to make plans to get the car free again and bring it back, I LOVE doing things twice.
I had a prepaid detail so had to bring in my VERY small nissan 2 door truck. I reminded them how poorly they did the van and asked they do much better. Well, the pictures posted shows you what "better" is to these guys.
The outside looked almost untouched. I keep it clean with 2-3 car washes at Delta Sonic (unlimited car wash pass) so what the car wash did not take off was STILL there when I picked the truck up.
Honestly, I am NOT kidding here, I have gotten better results with $20 and my 13 year old nephew going to town on the truck for a few hours.. What does that say about "Professional Detailing" from this place???response / report this review -

I had my Mercedes Benz E350 Exterior Detailed there Last Month to some remove Swirl marks and light scratches BIG MISTAKE! I should have not paid these guys before I seen my car! It was not worth the price of $300. Once they were done, from a distance my car looked fine, but once you get close it definitely had the same Swirl marks and scratches from before if not more! My car looks like they just put some wax on it then call it a day, it looks exactly the same just a little bit shinier. I don't know about any of their other services but I would definitely not go for exterior detail
