  The ladies at the counter where very nice and helpful but it is hard to tell if the fork drivers might damage your car when moving it.

  Worst experience here- told us they had plates ready to go in the office- get there plates still on car and they "didn't have tools" to take them off. Had to go to home depot to get them ourselves and remove the plates. We would have already had them off and in our possession if they had listened to us when we requested they pick up the car after 4 PM so we could get them off ourselves. Apparently their communication in the company is downright as atrocious as their customer service.
