Amazing massage from Kasey! Very relaxing and down to earth spa without the pretentiousness. Loved the shower afterwards as well. I could have stayed in there for hours. Will be back as often as I can!

Nathan is the most amazing therapist. He takes time to understand my pain points and customizes the massage to ensure I find relief. He is so kind and you can tell he loves what he does.

Now let's talk about the facials. Talk about pampering. These ladies know your face. They don't do a cookie cutter facial. They listen to your concerns and talk to you about what needs to be done so your red carpet ready. (I rather have celebrity money but beggars can't be choosers) you get the experience and for however long your session is just lay down and relax.

Finally the most important thing Is everyone you encounter outside of your therapist is kind and accommodating. I like encountering who love what they do with a smile.

Mahalo for all you do and I'm glad in was introduced to this place thru Groupon.

I really enjoyed my massage from Nathan. I'm unfortunately a difficult person to massage because of my overly stressed and tense muscles on my back and neck that's work related, but he was able to use different techniques that actually worked! What I also enjoyed by him was that he didn't leaving me feeling drenched in oil like I have felt from other therapists in other massage businesses. For the facility, I would just recommend to have the option to play traditional spa music in the massage rooms since that atmosphere in those rooms is suppose to be relaxing and for clients like myself, we have to do deep breathing for the pressure on tense muscles. The building theme is Hawaiian and I feel the music is great for the shower/steam rooms, waiting area, treatment area, etc but it would just be nice if they have more of the relaxing music available for the massage rooms. Lastly, I had several certificates unused and I thought by bringing a few friends to use them on to show them the place would have been ideal and great for the business. They and myself thought the unused certificates would have covered the service and they would only be responsible for the gratuity. But they applied a fee on top of the certificate so technically even though I paid my monthly dues for them, and the Additional fee they had to pay on it, just didn't sit well with us. Usually a larger selling point is to have certificates cover the services since they're already paid for. Anyways, if you have tension headaches or feel the need for a deep tissue massage, I highly recommend Nathan.

We come to the Chandler location ALL the time. It's our favorite little getaway. I think we've been treated by almost each staff member. This visit was fantastic with Didi and Nicole - we're likely to request them next time.

I love this place. Excellent customer service: kindness, compassion, and helpfulness. They only use Clearlight saunas (the top brand of sauna anyone can get). Their waterfall shower is immaculate with FREE shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. ALL MADE FROM ORGANIC INGREDIENTS. They give you a piece of dark chocolate in your locker! Have I mentioned you feel pampered here? It was so great I ended up buying my own sauna to enjoy the benefits from home. If you are wondering what the "experience" is like, please go see for yourself. They're WONDERFUL.

I have had 5 different therapists now at HES ranging from great to okay. Cynthia rates as the top of that group. She was super tuned into what areas needed attention and provided the ideal amount of focus on those areas. Can't wait to see her again!"

I was so, so disappointed in my last visit. I had been two times previously, by myself, had the Lomi Lomi massage, and it was just great. I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for this last time. I brought my husband, we got a couple's package, and they forgot to do a variety of the stuff listed in the package. And then when I addressed the issues at the front desk they verified that it was their mistake, but then blamed it on the massage therapists, and supposedly "couldn't find the discounted holiday pricing" that I had originally booked. How do you not know what your own pricing was for a special you ran less than a month ago??? Fortunately I contacted my bank and they worked everything out. But sadly, given the response of the front desk people after all this happened and their complete unwillingness to figure everything out, neither myself or my husband will be returning.
