  Worst traveling experience ever! 24+ hrs, still waiting for the “crew” to show up! This is unreal!!

  We were provided a travel credit after Covid prevented us from flying. We attempted to use the credit but the call center was very difficult to deal with and refused to redeem the credit or issue a refund. Hawaiian Airlines pretends to provide a credit but in practice does not let you utilize it. In my opinion this is a fraudulent business practice. Consider using an airline with honest business practices.

  Horribly cold treatment when asked for a refund. Additional insurance was purchased for added protection. Zilch ! They refuse to return my money or allow me to place a reservation with special discounts. Very shady corporate treatment to customers. Find a better airline.

  This Airlines is the worse ever. My daughter and 3 granddaughters ages 9, 7 and 18 months just travelled from Honolulu to Sacramento on Wednesday 12/15/21. When they reached Sacramento they could not find one of their luggage to which it was my grandbabies luggage with all of their clothes. She checked the airlines and was told the luggage is still in Honolulu. Mine you everything was in that luggage for my grandbabies trip. They had nothing to wear but the clothes off their backs in a 30 degree weather. Airlines told her the luggage will be boarded the next day flight out and and they will deliver to her. Today is Saturday 12/18/21 and they still have not received that luggage. I along with my daughter been call numerous numbers and made numerous calls because this is an emergency situation but we keep getting the round around answers. Up to date now the luggage is in Sacramento but now it will take a window between 5-6 hours for her to physically get the bag, so they say. This issue has ruined their trip but do you think the Airline's care not at all. My daughter spent months planning this trip for her girls and spent a lot money buying all the necessary clothes they needed for the 30 degrees weather and snow and 4 days wasted down the drain. Never fly Hawaiian. Terrible customer service and more.

  Hawaiian Corporate offices are very modern and plush. Was able to park in ample visitor's parking right in front of offices and handle all my issues and business in satisfactory time. Quality operation
