Old got moved to two different lanes and then the balls wouldn't return to us had to pull them out of the floor and out cost to much

Staff is great and super friendly. There's a well stocked bar. The shoes are mostly velcro rather than string tied which is kind of nice. Everything seemed nice and clean just a little outdated. Some upgrades on lanes and seats would change my review to 5 stars 😊

We showed up me and my husband to bowl I t was a Monday as we was walking to The door a blonde lady was sitting in front smoking and yelled "if your here to bowl you can't it's Monday it's only for league's on Monday". As if we knew this and was just to dumb to understand so I said there's not one lane we can use out of 24 Lane's and she just looked at me as if I was stupid andsaid no I just told you it's league night only she got up and locked the doors really I'm not going to rob you lady plus what if we wanted to go to the bar I guess that's a no on "league night" to..she was not kind at all..but the lady that worked on Sunday was very kind and helpful

You want find a more friendly bowling alley in the Cincinnati area. The staff are fantastic. Great place to take family for fun day out.
