Offer a lot of stuff. Hair, nails, massage, pedicures, eyebrows, clothing, shoes, jewery, weaves, hair and nail products. Reasonable prices. Friendly, easy to get appointment. Quilty very good, on all. Every month there is discounts, not just on one item, could be hair Dye, cut, shampoo, color, massage, permanent eye brows eyebrow wax, massage, facial, different kinds of facials, nail art.

Shyla is by far the best masseuse I've ever found. Been seeing her monthly for nearly 2 years, and she's a miracle with my next and low back issues.

Horrible customer service. Does not honor their own stated policies.

    Avoid at all cost.

Their customer service stinks! Nothing like scheduling a surprise appt. for my husband's birthday nd having it cancelled 5 minutes after making it! Yes wonder they constantly sell groupon.

I had visited this place because I was under the assumption the it would be a hometown feel "day spa". However when I visited the experience was less than relaxing.

I went a couple months ago and I received a pedicure and a massage. The pedicure was fantastic, the girl really took the time to care for my feet and talk to me. Howver the massage was not exceptional. The therapist talked the whole time and kept telling me information about certain muscles that I really did not care about. I believe the therapist was the owner of this establishment and when I was getting ready to leave another client had walked in and she was very rude to them. Not sure if she knew them or not but it was very unprofessional.

I would only ever go to this establishment for a pedicure with Danie she was great and I would encourage anyone that if they were to go here that they only receive a service from her.
