I must attest that Mike the owner was gracious enough to reach out to me and respectfully assisted me with an issue I had at his shop. Mike immediately offered to satisfy my remaining balance. I was absolutely appreciative of his efforts. Thank you ever so kindly Mike for being the AWESOME person that you are ; )

Chris was so polite. I called about putting struts on my wife's car for an estimate and he said that he would call me back with a price in about 15 minutes. Well I have been to a lot of places to have our cars worked on and thought okay here I go again. No not this time Chris called me right back like he said and with a price as well. I asked when could he get to it and he said to bring it in and he would try to do it that day. I said the only problem with that is I had no way to get home and he said no problem he had a loaner car that I could use. I took my wife's car around noon that very day and he was at lunch so Eric helped me out. He was already informed by Chris on why I was bringing the car in I was totally amazed that Eric knew what I needed as well. He wrote everything up and had the loaner ready and running. I asked if he needed Id or anything for the loaner and he said no and even said if I needed to cross the bridge that there was a ez pass. Boy I was in shock never been to a place that treated you with respect and put you first. Now about the car, there was other problems with it than just having to put on struts but Chris called me about everything and explained it to me and even sent me pictures of the ones that were on the car. I kept the loaner over night and by 2 pm or so the next day my husband's car was ready. I have never been to a auto repair shop that was so polite, organized, and quick to get the job done. Chris even sent me a thank you card for bringing my business to him, no thank you Chris and all the employees that work for Harris. You guys are great and will recommend Harris to my family and friends.

Michael, Eric and the rest of the guys at Harris Garage are some of the best people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I'll never take my cars anywhere else. They are honest people working to help make a difference in our community. If you need auto work please consider going here!

I really like taking my Chevy Blazer to Harris Garage. Michael Harris and his team do an awesome job keeping my Blazer running. Harris Garage is very trustworthy and they do a great job keeping people in informed.. Great Customer Service.. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs car repair.

Harris Garage is awesome. Their service reminds me of the way it used to be. They were friendly, honest, reasonably priced and timely. Everything was explained thoroughly to me before any work began and the estimated cost did not change. I will forever be a customer and share my experience!! Definitely THE BEST!!!

Harris Garage has been servicing and maintaining my car for many years. They are very reliable, efficient, trustworthy and cordial. It has been very convenient to use their loaner car when necessary.

Wow should be a word on the 5 star choice. This team is fantastic because they listen to me, let me know what I may need to have done or NOT done. They are willing to let me use their car for the day while they do the work on my car. It's nice to have a mechanic you can trust and who cares about your bottom line and the safety of my family. My 91 year old mom has been delighted by their care for over 10 years now. They come to her and pick up her vehicle (that she enjoys keeping so others can use it to take her to appointments) do the oil changes and repairs and bring it back when the work is done. They are so respectful and kind to her. Even when they see her out their team makes a point to "visit" with her for a few minutes.
Customer service at this shop is a model everyone could learn from. Thanks guys!!!response / report this review
