  Samuel Smith of Platinum Payments will take care of his customers! During the compliance certification, Samuel came to the office to assist us with the crazy complicated questions for compliance. He responds quickly to questions and has NEVER raised our rate!

  My company has been with Platinum Payments for several years, and I'm pretty sure we will be with them for many more. Their rates are outstanding and they won't raise them as long as you are with them. They are very attentive, and anytime there is a problem or concern, they take care of it the same day whenever possible. Great company and great people.

  I've known and worked with Platinum and Samuel for many years. Definitely a quality organization run by great people. Beware of the many fly-by-night companies that hit the pavement trying to win your credit card business - these guys are the real deal and will deliver what they promise. Trustworthy and Honest.

  Platinum Payments make my life so much nicer. I don't have to babysit my rates each month. That in itself is a huge relief! They truly do "guarantee" my rate. There are never any unexpected charges, no big surprises, and they are always helpful if I have any questions. They're local, which is awesome to be able to have a person on site when I need them, or even if I don't need them. Just knowing they are here, in my town, affordable, professional, cheerful and always willing to help, puts my mind at ease and allows me to focus on my business. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
