When finished it's going to be a great experience for all. Great employees from top to bottom.. Not sure how far along they are, but now it's better than before. Still doing remodeling, changes every time we go. NICE place

I went there to visit the casino and the carnival they had going on. The carnival was nice, but crowded. The lines were long. In the concert area, they had lots of space for lawn seats, plus chairs already set up and outside heaters. The sound was nice. I'll definitely go back for future events. The Casino itself was less impressive. The ventilation was poor and the smoke was pretty overwhelming for a non smoker like myself. The "smoke free" section was in the middle of two smoking areas, separated by open doorways. You had to walk thru the smoking sections to access the smoke free area. It was kinda gross. I'll probably check out other casinos in the area to see if this is the same everywhere. I'd rather drive farther and avoid the asthma attack.

To busy not enough machine buffet is nasty need some real cooks for the price you charge. Parking garage is nice but the new parking and floor doesn't flow well. The hotel is to far from things to much walking. Entering the parking garage has no flow you can't get in from the new road. Only vallay has parking

Was extremely satisfied with every aspect of Harrah's. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. The hotel accommodations were terrific and reasonably priced. Finally the casino is very entertaining because they have a large selection of games of every variety to choose from. I would rate my experience there 5 stars and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I love this place. It’s an hour drive for me, much farther than the others, but it’s worth it. Gambling always steady and fair, an they have great rewards card benefits. Hotel rooms are great as well as amenities such as the pool area and restaurants. What makes this place so special though is there staff, so friendly and accommodating. Hayley, who works at the front desk is an absolute pleasure. Her smile and vibrant personality welcomes you upon your arrival. I travel a lot and don’t come across people so committed to guest satisfaction, she’s the best

Harrah's is the best casino I've been to here in arizona. The customer service is outstanding! I was greeted by every employee and people were warm and friendly. It's definitely worth the time driving out. The buffet was amazing and the choices were vast. I'll be coming back soon. Can't say enough about the service. Harrah's is onto something good!

3am and the house party had died. The remaining few decided to go to the casino to polish the night off. Nothing real memorable about the place. Best menu item I could find was chicken strips and fries. Soda was bottled and lukewarm for an $11 meal. Poker room was completely dead for a Saturday night/Sunday morning. Having lived in Vegas a few years it's hard for local casinos to impress. Unfortunately, not much else to do so early in the morning. To give credit, seemingly nice and friendly staff, but it's hard giving credit to places for things they should do/have anyway.

We went to the buffet for all-you-can-eat crab legs. When we arrived there was a sign at the buffet entrance informing guests about a shortage of snow crab, so they were substituting with Dungeness crabscore! The food was awesome. Our server was a bit slow, but the rest of the staff and manager made sure everything was to our liking. We will be going back again!

Had a fantastic crab legs meal here. Lots of wondrous food in the crab buffet. Lots of wonderful staff people always smileing and asking if you need anything. Gameing is also great here. The rooms are nice and clean and fresh. Big T V sets in the rooms wonderful pool and saunas. Just a really great place. Just a long drive to get there.

New member sign up is a serious pain and wait. Seems that once your a good standing member you get better service. Slots are scattered not organized by price per play. Nice non smoking area. Best part was drink delivery and not having to chase a server, or use a messy counter to get your own soda and water.

The rooms were really nice. The pool is awesome. The casino is pretty fun, but a tad small. I'm looking forward to the new tower opening! The only suggestion is they need to improve their room service/housekeeping

The good there is actually quite impressive. I've been there multiple times and their restaurants have never let me down. Their rooms are a nice stay as well as their giant pool, it's fantastic. I would recommend to anyone.
