I've been here twice each time I never win anything but that's beside the point. Way too many security guards makes me feel nervous, like there's been a recent incident or they're expecting a new one. And also if you're Casino please provide adequate ATM machines. I like to see nose but this one does not have the best selection of games that you would find in other major casinos. The smoke which is a huge factor in all casinos was at a medium, the air recirculating well.

I love the landscaping and design of the casino. The upgrades over the years have been great. The staff and service is always great. My only problem is that I have never been able to win at this location, no matter what I play. Besides that they have a great bar and multiple restaurants for you to relax and grab a bite. Not sure if the player's club card helps or not but it is available with some percs. Good Luck!

So much fun!!!!! Great casino, great comps. Staff is friendly. You might get carded at the door and they WILL 100% turn you away if you don't have i.d. on you, so be prepared! Also, cigarette prices are over 8 dollars here now, which is why i had to lower the rating to 4 stars. Cigarette prices are supposed to be cheaper on the reservation, so thats frustrating. Still cheap at the chevron across the way tho. Overall, fun casino for girls night!

I like Lone Butte Casino. I've played well there and as far as the slot machines go they are fairly loose in payout. Overall the atmosphere is a bright, light, and fun! The Blackjack dealers are fun to talk to you. And they are knowledgeable of the game and are willing to help if you are unfamiliar with the finer details. The High Roller slot room is also fun and is not as expensive as it may sound.

Used to have fun but in the last year just seems I keep going in to quickly lose my $. Doesn't help when you got everyone else around you getting paid out while I put in $60-$100 on average just to walk out w in an hour that much less. Need to just stop going. Food comps aren't worth it and never win in free bonus play $. Take out Midnight Eclipse! Cindy and Gloria are #1 beverage servers!

I love coming here for some black jack games! The Sports City Lounge is awesome and the bartenders are super friendly. The 24/7 Cafe has some of the best food you never would have thought of seeing there. The loaded curly fries are so good, I always get them with chicken and bacon. Also, I have never seen a place give such generous portions of meatballs with their subs! See pics for details!

One of the nicer casinos in the Phoenix area. Plenty of slots and board games to not have to wait. Air conditioning is excellent and the ventilation keeps it non smokey. Open 24hrs.
Great place to eat and watch multiple TVs for all sporting events.

This casino literally kidnapped my friend. They said she was too drunk so instead of kicking her out, they brought her into a room at the end of the hallway and took her phone away. The group of friends I was with spent the next 4 hours looking for her, searching the parking lot, every inch of the casino area, and then even ended up driving home to her house to see if maybe she went home. We also called her name on the Intercom system multiple times, but they wouldn't let her leave even when we called her name.
I'll be very clear, this woman was not bothering anyone, or acting like a drunk bafoon or anything. And they took her for over 4 hours and then eventually let her go, but didn't give her phone back so she had to borrow a strangers phone to call us, we were all searching other places she would have gone and had to drive back to get her and then demand her phone back.
We were all freaking out thinking she got kidnapped and what do you know, she actually did. This is not an okay establishment. It was so scary worrying about our friend for so long.

If you go here, PLEASE BE AWARE.

Place was packed no machines were available when I walked in. Definitely the cheapest slots around.
I've seen more $0.01 - $0.02 + $0.05 machines at this casino. More than any other around these parts.

The tables are not your typical variety of standard playing tables, there was plenty of people at them though having a good time.

Surprisingly, the dealers took time to actually tell me the rules of the game and the basics of playing their tables. Which I found it very rare and fascinating.

They also have live music. The stage is in the main bar in the center of the place. You can watch and play or jump on the dance floor which was full.

Bingo is a big thing there. The lines went around the casino before the doors even opened.

Parking lot was full, so parking is an issue, if you want to park especially up close. They have vallet parking service. But there is no Hotel and they DON'T offer FREE Wi-Fi.

The crowd was pleasant the machines were hot and the table were roaring.
There is a food court at the end, smelled decent and the Bars were packed. And conveniently off the highway.

Really nice inside, clean large area. Not busy today at all. Although we went to the cafe for lunch it took 20min to get our order and we were bothered by 2 flies. But the food was excellent.

Don’t go here worst casino out of the bunch of them in the area. They do not offer bonus play or comps. Staff is rude . if you want to go to the casino, Harrah's in Maricopa Is a much better choice! Lone Butte is a total ripoff will steal your money.

Excellent games, great service and always friendly faces. Lone Butte has a smaller family feel to it compared to the other casinos in the valley. They also have a lot of great give-aways, prizes and drawings that are done every week. All of this makes it my favorite casino in the valley!
