Love to go and look around. The staff is always so very nice and helpful!
Just wish to thank Hillary at Asheville Harley Davidson for a very pleasant long distance shopping experience. My niece visited the dealership back in the fall and found an accessory she wanted for her husbands’ Harley. I live in Florida and needed it shippped to West Virginia. I was extremely pleased that I ordered it on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday. Incredible service, polite and professional.
It's okay. It's conveniently located and there is a nice selection of bikes. I gave it a 4 because the clothing area do not supply much for the real cold and the leather is thin.
Everyone here is very helpful, and treats you like family. Wonderful experience, sales maintanance, clothing. Need a ride all for Jason. All the ladies in apparel are great. Scott in parts. And no I'm Not getting endorsed for this.
We had a wonderful experience at Harley Davidson of Asheville. Impeccable service. We went home on a nice used Harley Davidson with just 500 dollars down and 130 a month. I recommend this place to anyone. Ask for Mike. Thanks again guys
I went to Ride the Blue Ridge Parkway and fell in love with a bike and the staff. I went in as a Suzuki rider and came out with the CVO Breakout. The Staff was really helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I worked with Dru, Logan, Tiffany, Tonya, Jason, Ken, and a couple other staff members.
I came out with everything I wanted and more. The Staff was always offering their own stories and advice with everyone I talked to. It felt I was not just buying a motorcycle but also being accepted into a this wonderful community of riding I thought I was already apart of.
I will be making more trips to the Blue Ridge Parkway and make sure to stop at this location again.
Thank you to everyone for making my vacation that much greater!
I tried to purchase 2 new helmets which would have been over a 300.00 sell and all I asked was for my wife's helmet to have a visor swap and the manager refused. I will never buy another thing there. Terrible customer servuce
These People are awesome!!!! From the phone calls back and forth to the minute we walked in the door and all the way till we left the parking lot, it was a great experience. Logan was great to deal with, (and fun to ride with). The whole crew seems genuinely happy to see you and help you. It's kind of a schlep for us (2.5 hr drive and there are closer dealers) but I would recommend these guys even if you came from another country. AAA++++ Guys!!!
One of THE best Harley dealers in the entire country. Huge selection. Friendly, happy, knowledgeable staff (Norman, Tiffany, Hillary). Plenty of parking. Clean. One of the best locations for all types of outdoor events as well as indoor events with the Pepsi Party Porch. Super easy in/out access just off I-40 at exit 59. Just can't say enough about this Gold Award winning dealership, especially the staff, the management and the ownership. Outstanding!!!!!
Very helpful and caring staff. Willing to go the extra mile to help you out with servicing your ride
The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly
First the Ugly. Last week, a group of eight of us rode up from Florida to North Carolina to ride the seemingly endless and beautiful roads in that part of the country. Unfortunately, on our second day up there, my buddy's bike began to sputter. He managed to sputter his way to Asheville HD some 40 miles away. We arrived at 5 pm. Knowing that closing was at 6 pm, we hoped to get at least a some kind of diagnoses so my buddy could make a decision on what to do.
And now the Bad. We were greeted by a bald headed guy at the service desk. He said they were closing up and really couldn't look at the bike. We asked if he could at least take a gander to give us some idea of what might be wrong with it. He said no, they were finishing up for the day. We were somewhat incredulous of his attitude so my buddy started to call U-Haul places to see about renting a truck and returning to Orlando. In the meantime, a person came up and said he had wires hanging from his bike. The service manager sent someone out right away to look at it. And then a lady walked up and said she had a rattle on the front of her bike. Again, he sent someone out right away to look at it. We got the impression that if you are not from there, you had no business being there.
So, we asked again if he could look at my buddy's bike. He finally stepped outside and had a mechanic look at it after a lot of prodding. The mechanic diagnosed the problem as having cracked fuel connectors and/or hoses inside the fuel tank. without even starting the bike and then walked back inside. The service manager then told us that they DID NOT carry those parts and it would take FOUR days to receive them. I asked if he could FedX them and he said that would cost extra and he wouldn't be able to order the parts today because it was after 4 pm. It was quite obvious that the service manager had NO desire to help us this late in the day. Again, my buddy was left with a tough decision to make.
And now the Good! Another buddy and I saw the mechanic, Chris, standing outside so we approached him and asked if there was anything he could do for us. He said, I will show you what is wrong in 5 minutes. He wheeled the bike into the garage, took off the tank cover and showed us the cracked connector inside. He then recommended that we replace all of the hoses and such inside so it doesn't happen again and that he could finish the job in 2 hours. I guess they had the parts after-all he didn't even need to check the inventory. We said let's do it! Amazingly, it only took Chris 40 minutes to finish the job and we were back on the road just after 6 pm.
Chris deserves 5 stars but I am giving this review only one star in hopes that management will read this. Unfortunately, after reading the other reviews, it looks as though management only responds to 5 star reviews. To put it bluntly, the attitude of the service manager was simply unacceptable. and sure enough, I saw the service manager leaving at 6:00:00 pm on the nose.
