A little pricey and not the best selection of food. That said, all of the food tastes grear and the drinks are top notch. Sit outside and enjoy people watching a prime location on Duval St.

My wife and I came in on the 1st of December 2017, she order the Steak and I ordered the combo fajitas and asked for them to be well done the vegetables were not done. When I asked for them to be recooked I received a visit from the manager that stated he can put it in the microwave! I tell him no and he says he will put the skillet on the grill and reheat them that way. When he bring them back out they are still not done. I'll stopped here and just ate the uncooked food with no more complaining.

Ps. My wife food was what we were expecting.

Service was good - did need some extra servers as our server was stretched thin. Food-breakfast-was better than expected. Great place to people watch and just enjoy sitting and talking.

Twisted Mac, chicken, and cheese was perfection. No complaints from our group on any of the meals. Sat on the veranda to people watch. Great service and eats here. It's also one of the few more affordable places on Duval. Seating also available inside. Such a stunning building!

The worst Hard Rock Cafe experience I had. I mean it wasn't that bad, the food and drinks were good, but the service was lacking: the bartender and waiters seemed to not really care about us, kinda if they were annoyed the patrons are there and make them work. Also, beer was served in plastic cups.
I mean, nothing major, but compared to the other Cafes I went to, this one is very behind.
On the other hand, the Shop assistant was the kindest person I have ever met. A public thank you to Steven.

Their big combo appetizer platter is definitely worth it. For only 21 dollars you get 5 different appetizers . I went with my boyfriend and his friends the big combo was able to feed 5 of us.

We were seated right away. Been here 20 minutes and the waitress has not even brought us our drinks yet. They may get here after we get our food. The place isn't even busy yet.

With all the choices in Key West, it's hard to chose. I needed something and somewhere refreshing and pleasant to have lunch. I had a perfectly wonderful salad and the service was AMAZING! Great atmosphere, cold AC even with the doors open to Duval Street. A very welcome change from the typical HOT Tiki Bar Craziness of most places, although they do have their place too ;)

Somewhat pricey but well worth it. The food was amazing and definitely filling. I couldn't even finish my fries. The music was pretty good and the air conditioning was nice to be in after walking around in the hot sun. Our waitress was nice and kept our drinks topped off.

It's a great place to eat and drink. They have Hard Rock sovereigns from Key West. The only Hard Rock that serves Key Lime Pie. In Old Town Area Key West, O. N Duval Street.

Sat in the second floor and had an amazing view of Duval Street below. My wife and I ordered the jumbo sampler for our starter. The only entree we ordered was a Steak Fajitas which we both shared. Food came out good and the service was fast. Staff were all very professional and cordial. We also ordered a Margarita each. We went for the option where we get to keep the fancy glasses. After paying up, you take the check to the gift store below to pick up your fancy glasses. Really pleasant experience.

Enjoyed it. The food was the same as any other Hard Rock (good, but definitely pricey--but then that is typical of most of the restaurants in Key West). We had good service, and the big old Victorian house this lives in was really neat. I was just craving a big, fat burger with bacon, and they certainly had thatthe Duval Street people-watching from the outdoor seating area was a bonus!
