I've lived here for a year and love the cheap rent and the places aren't half bad. We just upgraded are unit and are loving it. John is friendly as long as you give no fuss. He's constantly trying to improve the place. The gym is great and the dog park was a great addition.

Tony was helpful, the owner and the one maintenance worker came the one Sunday that our toilet was broke. However they do not have the MILITARY CLAUSE, and I came upon rapid deployment and had to pay for a month I wouldn't even be in country. Very upsetting. Main thing was the unprofessional and rude condescending manner the red haired front desk receptionist Treated several tenants including my self, my battle and my wife. Especially when i inquierd about well anything. But I did get moved in swiftly. Not the worst but definitely wouldent do it again.

Scam! Trap! Trailer park that looks like it was puked out of a crayon box from the 90s. Employees come into your rental when you leave, invasion! I had to file a police report. John, the owner, has rage issues that I can only speculate is chemically induced.

Nice, quiet place to live. The few, small issues we've had with the place were fixed the very same day we let the office know about them, and it wasn't anything earth shattering (like air conditioning in July), but we were still made a priority by or landlord and maintenance man. You're greeted with a smile every time you walk into the office. You get a discount just by paying rent on time. It's a good place.

We had a hard time finding a hotel with a kitchen, so after taking a tour of the facilities we stayed for over a week. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was clean and well kept. All of our concerns were addressed promptly. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a more economic solution to renting a suite.

The "hotel" is actually a renovated trailer park, our "room" was a whole trailer. The appearance of the park/hotel was a contrast to what we got a pleasant surprise. The outside of each is brightly painted while the inside was very well remodeled.

There was an updated TV, a flat-top stove and all traditional kitchen supplies.. except baking dishes for the oven and tin foil. The bathroom had a water softener it seemed, the shower head was new. There was good water pressure and the drain worked well. No soapy water pooling around your feet due to clogged drains. Regarding the bedroom, the bed was a lovely thick cushion that you melted into; for clothes storage, there was a 3-drawer dresser with extra linen and a pole in the corner to hang clothes on. The living area and the bedroom had their own window AC unit.
