Another great dinner at Hank’s! I had the special for the night coconut shrimp, the shrimp were huge and very flavorful. The salad bar was awesome as well, with all the favorites. I would recommend a reservation on weekend nights, they do get busy.

Yum! The fried chicken was awesome (think white fence farm but BETTER) and the ambiance is great. This place is an old dairy barn converted to a restaurant which adds even more charm. The salad bar is INCREDIBLE! Various loaves of delicious fresh baked bread, a giant cheese block and great fancy crackers, along with nice salads and greens. We frequent this area often for hiking in Starved Rock and we are so grateful to have found this place. If you are thinking about going, do it! You won’t be disappointed.

This place was AMAZING!!!! I've heard of this place before but had never went. I had fried Chicken and it was best chicken I've had at any restaurant. No more White Fence Farm for me this place blows them away. The atmosphere here is casual county and so clean. I absolutely loved the salad bar I have never seen such a salad bar like this one. The staff was terrific the hostess greeted us right when we walked in the door and took us to our table. Our waitress Norma was amazing. I will definitely be back. Also make sure to buy some of the candy at the hostess station. Thanks Hank's Farm Restaurant.

Our family went for Easter. It was quite a distance from our home,but it was well worth the drive. Staff was great the food was even better. The seating was right on according to our reservations. We will definitely go back. Oh, did I mention the home made desserts were wonderful. A special thanks for the staff for taking their Holiday to serve us!

Love this place. Diverse menu, great service, decent bar selection, excellent salad bar included with most dinners. They have a nice early bird menu if you want to keep costs down.

Visited Hank's for a wedding reception. Charming facility with friendly and helpful employees and delicious food (try the fried chicken and check out the baked goods).

Hank's location is a bit remote but it's worth the trip.

Great food with a very nice salad bar, including the giant cheese cube. It's a nice country location and fun to walk around the grounds. I love the barn atmosphere inside the restaurant. The shop has cute gifts.

We had a great time. Our waitress was pleasant. The ribs and chicken were the best. Nice salad bar. And to top it off they gave us a free bottle of champagne because it was our anniversary.

This place is wonderful. The food is always great. The salad bar is the best. Alwsys fresh and homemade. My favorite dessert is the cheesecake. There was one piece of turtle cheesecake left. Best caramel i have ever had. The decor is cozy and comfortable. Waitstaff is fabulous. There is a store nextdoor which also is home to chickens, peacocks, turkeys and various other animals. If in Ottawa stop and enjoy hanks farm

I went for brunch today after reading all these reviews, I had to check the sign to make sure I was at the right place. The food was terrible I could not believe the price they were charging for it. Terrible service, couldn't get a refill for anything. Hank, I will not be coming back .!!

You will not go away hungry when you eat at Hank's.
Sunday brunch is $16.99 and includes salads , salmon, oysters, eggs Benedict, mini omelets, fried chicken, bbq beef, mashed potatoes & gravy, sausage links, fried potatoes with onions, biscuits & gravy, carved roast turkey, carved roast beef or ham, and endless desserts!

After you've eaten to the point of exhaustion walk next door to the gift shop where they have a variety of gifts, antiques, jewelry, scarves, accessories, home décor, garden art, chimes & Halloween costumes!

If you're looking for a nice place for a Sunday brunch, this is it
