  The city council recently met with the park board to discuss upping our game on quality of life amenities in WDM. What quality of life amenity would you like to see most? We are talking about things like libraries, parks, trails, aquatic centers, sculpture gardens, etc etc. Is there some cool amenity that you have seen elsewhere in the country that you think we should have in WDM? Cool play equipment? Water trails? Splash parks? Ice rink? Outdoor amphitheater??? Boat rentals??? Looking for something unique that would make a big splash. Suggestions???

  Something Unique.As a new amputee AND thanks to Mike Brown at Hanger Clinic in DSM, IA I now have a new prosthetic leg. It has been 8 months since I have been able to walk. It would be a hugh asset to West Des Moines, IA to provide the same access to the quality of life amenities mentioned above. Now there is a challenge. Wanna Race?????? Peace Love Happiness.
