Impressed with Dr. Vos's patient manner and his medical care. Original appt for ear wax removal. Done. Then had a hearing test for baseline (passed it) and return appt in New Year to determine cause/s of intermittent dizziness and low tonal "buzzing" in my ears. Thank you, ENT!

Dr. Simpson is AMAZING, he solved a lot of my sinus problems with a tonsillectomy and was a great doctor while I was in his care. Unfortunately, after my surgery I had some complications & had to deal Dr.Capper who is HORRIBLE!!!! His bedside manner is atrocious, he was the on call doctor and when I told him the pain I was experiencing he verbatim YELLED at me to "Suck it up!" He said "You're 25 years old, you were told this would be a long recovery, and I need to just take my ibuprofen and deal with the pain." (All still while yelling) and part of my reason for calling was I was in the middle of having a panic attack from the pain, he told me "he doesn't deal with my kind of problems." I have never in my life been treated by a doctor like that in my life. When my mom called to complain the office manager said "I'm sure someone there can back up what he said." I filed a formal complaint a month ago and still haven't heard anything back from them. If it weren't for Dr. Simpson I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Dr. Simpson and his nurse, Mary Beth, are excellent at making a patient feel comfortable and secure. I had extensive surgery recently and could not have been happier with the treatment, compassion, and concern of Dr. Simpson and his entire staff.
