This hotel sits right up against the highway and is very noisy with tractor trailer traffic whizzing by all night long. The hot water is warm but never gets hot. Other guests we chatted with said the same thing and they showered in the evening. We showered in the morning and had the same experience. The sink faucet spout barely hung over the edge of the sink basin so more water hits the counter than actually goes into the basin while washing hands. See the attached photo.
The gal working the counter in the evening was very inexperienced. We had 3 rooms before we had one we could stay in. I called Hampton to make my reservation and requested a room away from elevator and ice machine. The first room was right beside the elevator. The second room had a connecting door and you couldn't throw the deadbolt to lock the door because the door jam was all goobered up . The desk clerk was clueless as to how connecting doors worked so it took a while before she offered to find a different room. The third room the keys didn't work. After a long day it was not a pleasant experience to run back and forth so many time to find a room. Then the highway traffic was awful on top of that. This experience was not the usual Hampton experience. Avoid this one and move on.response / report this review -

I've stayed here the past two years for Thanksgiving and enjoyed both stays. This past time, I accidently booked the wrong dates. The front desk woman didn't give us any grief, but helped us change the dates and was happy to do it. I believe the people here truly care about your stay. They have a customer for life from us.

Recently renovated, which is nice, but toilet in 313 is loose and new sinks designed poorly, faucet barely covers sink and no towel racks. Other than that looks nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I wish I could post pictures of the filth and disgust this hotel considers acceptable. Paint stripped from walls, coke machine in the middle of the hallway, no towels, no trash can, tools laying in the hallway, paint buckets sitting in hallway. Paint smell causes instant headaches within the building. They are in the middle of a remodel and have no problem putting customers in unfinished rooms. Ashley at the front desk refused to get a manager when I complained. Hilton has serious issues with this property.

This hotel is under renovation. The room I stayed in was better than most. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever experienced. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were ok but could use a better cleaning. (Some others in our party had a horrible experience with there room and needed to talk to the front desk to resolve the issue.) Staff was friendly. The pool area was nice but small just like the workout areas. The breakfast selection was good but not very well stocked.(eggs gone, then no coffee, then no bagels, etc etc.) Stay if you get a deal but don't go out of your way to stay here.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very accommodating and helped us find things to do in the area. There is a nice lobby with a great complimentary breakfast! I was very happy staying here.

The floor in the lobby needed vacuumed there were bits of trash, a dirty coffeecup was left on a table as well as a water bottle. It just felt dirty

Nice place, but not thoroughly cleaned and dust free. Windows don't open. Breakfast buffet is excellent! Staff is friendly.

Really well maintained Hampton inn. In a good location outside out both Cincinnati and Dayton. Also right in front of a Chipotle.

The room was amazing. Comfortable beds and very quiet. It's location is incredibly convenient to the highway, restaurants, and other amenities.
