It was fine for most nights, but there was a party in one room and they did nothing about it. Otherwise pretty good, hot water was a bit challenging to get but availablr

I am currently staying in this hotel, and I am quite disappointed. When I checked into my room, I was missing some pillow cases, the comforter was falling apart to where I could see the ugly padded portion that's never washed, and there was a large metal fixture on the floor that was supposed to be attached to the window, oh and the window itself is broken to where I could not open the blinds. The door to the adjoining room has no threshold or anything to block the noise, so I can hear EVERY word they are saying next door. Additionally, one of the benefits of this hotel is supposed to be the kitchenette, but I could not find some of the staple items you'd expect until I finally checked the dishwasher. I still think the supply is limited, but apparently I am just high maintenance. The "free breakfast" here is pretty slim pickings and is mostly reheated food, so I went to the store so I am make real food for myself. Well, after cooking and eating, I realized I have no soap. So I asked the front desk about it, and again, I was spoken to like an idioit saying it is in my room. Well it is not. Turns out, they only offer dishwasher detergent. So, every time I cook something, my only option is to run the dishwasher? I cannot even "prewash"? I'm disgusted to say the least. I went back to the front desk, and I could see the management rolling their eyes at me. Is this seriously such a ridiculous request? Apparently. They offered to go buy my soap, but it was said in such a contradicting fashion that I turned it down. Funny how I am the guest here and the staff are treating ME like an inconvenience. So, now I have to go back to the store to by soap, so that I can cook food because the only food they offer here is the cheapest possible food they could provide - and no room service. I'm only staying here because they are dog friendly, but I will never consider Homewood Suites again.

Quaint hotel. Appears to be remodeled within the last couple of years. Awesome breakfast bar!

We booked a wedding block at Homewood Suites, and were not disappointed by the service we received. On the day of our wedding, we were surprised by a Wedding Time Capsule and a bottle of champagne. What a fun way to end the best day ever! Debbie Hartley was our contact at Homewood Suites, and provided excellent customer service. We highly recommend booking the Homewood Suites for your wedding!

The cleaning staff never actually cleaned the rooms. They would just make the bed and sometimes empty the trash. The shower was never cleaned for the 20+ days I was there on business. I don't think they swapped out the bedding either. Housekeeping never replaced the toilet paper on their own (nor left a spare) even when the roll was EMPTY. I always had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper. When the issues were brought up they made various excuses. The only upside to this hotel was the breakfast and evening socials. Both were free for hotel guests and the food quality was pretty good. The staff in the dining area were always friendly and made the best food they could with limited resources.

Easy to get to. Try to get to breakfast early so that's all the options are available. Maintenance staff too care of our plumbing issues quickly.

Very impressed with this place. Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. The complimentary social hour was a pleasant surprise as it allows people to feel like they are getting out without actually having to leave. Will definitely be back.

Just in case you don't know what you are getting into, Homewood Suites is like staying in a little condo. There's a living area, a separate bedroom, a little fridge, sink, stove, microwave, desks, and so on. Very different from a conventional hotel. If you're a businessman and just need a place to sleep, this is more than you need. But if you are staying with a family or another couple or something, this is great. The extra space and separated rooms is nice. Quality wise it is nice. Not crazy upscale, but nice. Everything you would expect from something owned by Hilton.

Beautifully renovated suites, comfortable with warm and friendly staff. This is my second time, and I would definitely return when in this area again for business. I highly recommend this hotel.
