This hotel has recently updated rooms, but the whole place looks like a brand new hotel. It's been here for 11 years. We're very impressed.

First time I’m disappointed with Hilton. I’ve been in about twenty Hiltons for this year around the country and love this hotel.
But this one
Every morning starting at 8:30 housekeepers starting to knock doors! Well I put a “do not disturb” sign to have a little sleep. This stopped them only till 10. After 10am they started to knock and scream even with “do not disturb” sign on the door!!!!
This is horrible.
Check outs at Hilton usually at 11 + courtesy checkout at 12. That is one of the reasons I prefer Hilton.
Will never stay again at this location.

Oh! Forgot to mention ants in the room

Excellent stay! Newly renovated rooms,very spacious, friendly staff! Love the attention to detail I had a cute towel animal in my bathroom would highly recommend. This will be my home away from home when visiting the area.

Very nice staff. The rooms are large and clean. The towels are better than the Hyatt. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room if you prefer "in-house" dining. I will be going back,!

Nice and clean hotel. Adequate for what we needed. Breakfast was just ok. The usual cereal yogurt fruit waffles eggs. I would recommend it.

Nice location next to mall and hwy 41. Hotel would honour lower rate we found and it took many discussions and tweets to the Hyatt concierge to resolve and then they didn't match the later but went half way. Hotel is plain - nothing special. Washrooms are small in room and large couch eats up too much space.

we stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Estero, FL did not have a reservation, but have always enjoyed our stays at Hampton Inn in the past. The staff was very professional and friendly. Kyle at the front desk was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable.
