What a great find! This was the cheapest Hampton Inn around and the night clerk was great! The hotel offers fishing poles and bait for fishing along the boardwalk on the side of the parking lot too. We found it hard to leave on time the next morning as it really is a beautiful location. The rooms are standard Hampton Inn rooms so you know they're great as well.

Nice place. Room didn't have any weird quirks like you might find at other hotels. It's next to gator alley so I some wild Gators which was cool.

Way above average for a Hampton Inn. Beautiful location and views (in the odd numbered rooms on the bay), a staff that always goes above and beyond, and nicely appointed rooms. Having bikes and fishing poles to borrow is really handy as well. I always look forward to staying here.

Great hotel with balcony to enjoy veiw. Pet friendly.. BE CAREFUL NOT A LARGE AREA FOR PETS THAT AREN'T SHARED WITH ALLIGATORS. Yep your up against swampy Bay Waters so there are alligators in the area and it posted.

Located conveniently off I-10 near some nice restaurants and shopping. Other hotels in the vicinity are also great properties. Situated well for trips to Gulf Shores and directly across the water from Mobile proper. The waterside views are great and the breakfast area is spacious with standard fare - eggs, sausage, waffles etc. The single king room is ample with a comfy mattress and nice pillows. Housekeeping is on point, very friendly when I interact with them and asking if they can help with anything. Very great people, believe me. I had card issues when checking in and the clerk and MoD worked with me to keep me situated for 2 days until I resolved the dilemna. Unexpected and appreciated. Would recommend.

The room was excellent. Staff was adequate and breakfast was decent and we'll set up and supplied. The pool and exercise are were very nice. The bonus to staying here is the beautiful water board walk that runs right by the property. This also made our view from the back of the hotel beautiful.

Very friendly staff, went the extra mile to make us comfortable! Maintenance even fixed a problem late at night! Not to mention the continental breakfast was awesome! The early evening complimentary drinks, and snacks was a great surprise! Did not have one bad experience at all! Everything was a 10 in our books!

One of the nicest Hampton Inn hotels I have stayed in. Clean, quiet, and set beautifully along the Mobile Bay. Nice complimentary social hour in the afternoon. This hotel also features a walking trail. Very scenic. Cannot day enough about the staff. Would love to stay again.

Love staying at Hampton inns, this one was no different. The breakfast is always great. We had our 5 month old with us and the hotel provided a pack and play for us l. Neat walking path/boardwalk in front of the hotel. Even got to see an alligator!

The nicest thing I can say about this hotel was 1) Bernie at the main office, and 2) the breakfast was pretty good.
For the price I paid originally, I expected a bit bigger of a room, and a little bit bigger balcony. The room was small, and crammed full of furniture, the balcony you could barely walk on. On top of this there was a wasp nest inside the a/c unit, and occasionally they would go through and into the room. We also had some spiders in the room and even got bite by one.
The hotel is In desperate need of repair and updating, especially what they charge for the place, but the staff was very good. I can't say enough good things about Bernie, she saved this hotel from getting a 2 star review. She heard our complaints and took care of us. Made sure that the pests would be taken care of.

Fabulous hotel! Nice breakfast, super clean room. A little noisy (doors opening and closing from other rooms) but the hotel was very full. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I stopped here to break up our drive to Destin. This Hampton Inn was so nice and convenient off the interstate with the nicest staff I've ever met. The rooms are clean with comfy beds. There is a nice view of Mobile Bay while you eat your continental breakfast which Hampton Inn has everyone beat. The pool was very nice looking too but we didn't have time for it of course. I would definitely stay here again!
