Clean rooms.
Staff was very unconcerned with the fact there was no hot water. Checked in on Sunday evening no hot water, checked out Friday morning no hot water. No one at the front desk seemed to care.
Breakfast was typical. Nothing special there.response / report this review -

This is a little older Hampton (could only tell by recalling if tub which was done nicely)but super clean as Hampton's almost always are. Very happy with room! The front desk clerks were very friendly and talkative, which is important to us. The manager himself came out from behind desk and walked around breakfast area cleaning up any spills. Good stay

Not so happy with room 113. There is some mechanical equipment just out side the window that sounds like a whale or something. Quite loud and made noise all night. Room was clean, not out dated, and well kept. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure could have been better. Breakfast was just ok. Fruit for the waffles was frozen 2 mornings in a row. Small selection of hot food, fresh fruit, oatmeal and the such. Over all I like the location just not room 113.

Unless the management was changed out, I'd rate this place 0. Good for maybe a night or two, but if you stay any longer than that they will refuse to clean your room. We had asked to have our trash taken out and apparently the person ran to the manager crying and said we harassed her. The manager didn't bother listening to anything we said. She demanded we leave for simply wanting mess out of the room.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn because it was on the way to our destination and I have always been pleased when staying at Hampton Inns in the past. This particular stay was not so good. The toilet seat was up and dirty and the tile floors needed cleaning in our room. When I asked for a chilled water bottle I was handed a room temperature one and when I asked if I could exchange it for the exact same bottle in the cooler I was told i had to pay for it. Overall not a good experience for what I am use to at Hampton Inn.

Very nice. Comfortable beds. slept like a baby. Plush comforters, fridge in room. Bathrooms pretty as well as the whole room. Great breakfast with many choices. Food area kept very tidy,. Also served breakfast until 10 am, which is nice because we were traveling and arrived late. Would love to stay here again. Staff so polite and friendly.

I used my Hilton honors membership to book my stay at this hotel, everything was great from when you enter the lobby to when I got to my room, the lobby was clean and very nice and inviting. Opening my room door was a snap as the Hilton honors app gives you wireless key so there is no let to lose just tap and your door unlocks! The bed was so comfy that I had no problem getting a good night's rest without any nose from outside as well. We were on the third floor which I would recommend to anyone as there is no chance of hearing anyone walk above you.

Our stay was wonderful! Convenient location right by the interstate, extremely clean, and the staff could not have been friendlier! Wonderful breakfast and courteous waitstaff. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Arrived at 6:30 p.m. Rooms were not ready. Manager had to go hunt down available clean rooms. Front desk clerk did not seem to care one way or another. Temperature controls in one room did not appear to work properly. Breakfast was good and the lady managing the area was very pleasant. I've stayed at this particular hotel more than once before, I don't think I'll be back again.

Fantastic! Lauren is phenomenal at her job! She greets guests with warmth and makes you feel very valued! She is there to help in any way that is possible! During my stay, I used the business center provided in the lobby. I cannot recommend it enough for those of you who are traveling on business or those of you who have urgent items that need attended to! This hotel is great, and I will recommend it to anyone that I know passing through the beautiful Kimball TN area.
