Super 8 was fine to stay a couple of nights in. The rooms were clean, although the comforters had some stains/cigarette burns. The traffic from the interstate was loud in our room, but would probably be fine on the other side of the hotel. All in all, it was acceptable, but nothing fabulous.

I was so pleased with everyone, Miss Sue was so amazing and she makes sure that the place is the best it can be and she is always so friendly, Anthony is very nice and always has everything nice and neat and very nice. The rooms are very nice and the housekeeping staff are so friendly and does amazing jobs on the rooms and with any request from the guest, thank you super 8 for being so great.

Checked in late as we were driving through. Room was clean but outdated, bed comfortable. Comforter stained, but never sleep with them anyway. Staff very friendly.

Great place to stay with our cat. Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Great breakfast. Cable tv, microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Walking distance to grocery store. Highly recommended.

We just happened across this place, and I sure am glad we did. The guy at the desk was super nice. The room was even nicer.
We will plan to stop here again on our next road trip to through the area.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were clean. Shower utilities worked perfectly. Staff was friendly. Those are all the things you need.

We enjoyed our stay at the Super 8. The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved that there was a hot breakfast included. We had forgotten about The time change but the front desk workers were kind enough to let us in a few minutes early for breakfast.

Check in went well, the staff was really great.
The room? The room was clean, it was the smell of the cigarette smoke. The smell was so overwhelming it made our eyes water and burn. We opened the window and door but it made the smell worse. Went to turn on the the exhaust fan in the bathroom, there's a vent cover with a vent pipe. This means every room is on one air exhaust vent system. With the towel rack being right there we were about to stack pillows up and covered the vent in the bathroom. We needed to keep the window and door open. We went to dinner, came back 5 hours later the cigarette smell was still present but not as bad. It's time for bed. The noise outside from the drunken fools make it very difficult to to sleep.
Oh, did I mention the BEDS. Yes, the BEDS. The beds are the worst beds ever. Super 8 must have shopped at We Recycle BEDS from the city dump.
After trying for 2 unsuccessful hours of trying to get comfortable we got out of bed with severe lower back pain and decided to just sleep on the floor. This is why you get a hotel room, so you can sleep on the floor. Shame on you Super 8.
Our recommendations, if you are planning a trip to Monteagle, TN.
For the same price as Super 8 you can get a very comfortable rooms with a very comfortable beds without noise at the Smoke House lodge. It's 4. Lock away from Super 8.
