  Great location, right on the beach with private beach access (with motion sensor lights along the way). Pool was clean and well-maintained. All units have ocean views from the living room and master bedrooms.
  
  I'm all for smoke-free indoors, but to ban smoking outdoors on the property was a bit much for some of our group. There should be a community grill available as well, since they are not allowed to have them at each unit. This is a great place to stay on Amelia Island, I've been twice now and both condos were nice.

  These condos are very nice. They face the beach, and in the master bedroom or the living room, the ocean can be heard wonderfully. Some units are available to rent out for vacationers; one I saw was wonderfully stocked and quite a good alternative to staying in a hotel. The kitchen/living room area is very spacious and open.

  Very nice private condos. Some dated but clean. Great location, flat hard bch for walking @ low tide. Great location for touring. Third yr here. Coming back.

  Great location with spectacular sunrises, heated pools for the kids as well as a lighted tennis court. We had a great time and will be returning next year!!!
