They have great Vets, caring staff, reasonable rates, and never try to pad the bill for services that will not be beneficial to your furry family members. There are greatly appreciated

We had to find a new vet after moving to the north side and can't say enough about the fantastic service we received for our dog and cat at Alta Bluff Animal Hospital. Thank you for putting our minds at ease that our pets are in great, caring hands.

My 2 girls have been going there since 2012. No more. Today, they told my husband we were FIRED as clients because we left a REAL HONEST review on Dr Silverness. You told him this when he came into today to pickup one of the girls seizure meds. YOU SENT HIM HOME WITHOUT GIVING HIM SEIZURE MEDS FOR A POOR ANIMAL. What kind of people have you become!!! I miss the old staff. Which have left 1 at a time, and I miss the treatment the girls received. The is NO reason my baby should have been dripping blood (from her vaginal area) due to a UTI seeing they have been treating her for it since last year. Sucking $286.00 out of us a month for treatment Dr Silverness was giving that was not working. I do not mind being fired as a client for leaving a true review. YOU CAN'T DENY IT IS TRUE!!!!. My pets and other pets lives are more important than the might dollar.

friendly atmosphere, seem to care about my pets, prompt appointments, makes life easier on customers by taking care of faxes (to other vets, pet groomers, medication) instead of making customers do them.

Don't use them! Very rude and expensive! Took my dog in for a teeth cleaning and Dr. Silverness literally got in my face and yelled at me that not xraying my dogs mouth for $1000 is malpractice and I could just go somewhere else if I did not want to pay it. She is awful and almost had me in tears. Will never go back there again if they were the last vet in town!

My Belgian Shepherd dog (Groendahl) has been heavily matted since we adopted her from a shelter. She does not allow us to clip her rear quarters and is very skitterish when handled there. We brought her to Alta Bluff to have her tranquilized and clipped. They did a great job and Emma is now "prancing" like a young dog again, she is 10. Highly recommend Alta Bluff Animal Hospital for care and attention to detail.

They are very good with our animals and my big dog don't like anybody but me and my husband except for when he's in here don't like them muslin him but he's a big dog so I understand why they do it

I want to thank you being the professional team that help me when these puppies needed an emergency C-section. You did a great job delivering these gorgeous Malshipoo for me. Because of professional care all puppies survive and are thriving. You are a 5 star rating in my book. Stacy Collins.

Recently moved and the location is very convenient for where I now live. Staff has been exceptional for all circumstances good and unfortunate. They are very thoughtful when I unfortunately had to make the tough decision to end the suffering a fuzzy family member that had advanced cancer. The entire staff signed a card and sent it which made the difficult time easier and clearly showed they care about not only the animals, but also the owners.
