Exceptionally clean rooms and bathrooms. Great bed. Well located. And the cookies are great! The check-in process was easy and the staff very gracious and welcoming.

It needs a makeover, BUT it's a great little Hampton. As you would expect it's clean, nice breakfast great staff. But it's time for a makeover new carpet, fresh paint. But most of all make it brighter please.

Stayed there during the eclipse, so they were pretty busy. It's an older building so some room amenities needed some attention, but the staff went above and beyond to correct anything that went wrong. Only one employee was less than helpful, but the daytime manager picked up her slack. Also, E.T. made checking in easy. Would stay there again.

The check in process was easy. The room are nice with extremely soft bedding. I have no complaints about my stay here.

Hardly ever have issues with a Hilton property. AC unit was not working properly so I sucked it up for the first night (staying 3 nights). When I left that morning asked the front desk lady to have maintenance check it. She said she would. When I returned at 8pm it was obvious no one had been there. I had turned the unit down to 60 and it was still not cold in room. Went down to front desk, waited 8 minutes before I was recognized and I wouldn't have then if someone hadn't come in front door. Ask if they could tell if maintenance had checked AC unit he said yes and looked at log. He said they completed the work order that morning at 9am. Funny thing is at 9 am I was in my room, door locked. I didn't leave the hotel that morning until 9:24am and I have proof. So unit was never fixed and so I had to sweat all night again. The did offer s room change and points but I had all my stuff set up and I shouldn't have to do that especially since I sucked it up the first night. I don't like liars so I didn't stay another night and checked out early. No one has even tried to contact me from management other than the typical standard e-mail that is sent to everyone.

Nice, clean,great customer service. The rooms are spacious. Every time I visit home this is where I stay.

Location is good, right next to Red Lobster and close to the center of town. Rooms are nice but a little dated. Bed is super comfy!

I attended a celebration of life for my father and stayed there. The rooms are nice needs and pillows are very comfortable. I loved it!
