Excellent service and nice atmosphere! Breakfast was in the Grand Room! We had our TV go out. And we called the desk and they sent someone up to get it restored! It was back to normal. We will always come back again. Excellent service with

The staff was just awesome. According and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night but loved the time there.

Staff were extremely accommodating, very helpful. Room was clean and well laid out. Bathroom was a bit small, but seeing as I didn't spend a lot of time there, that wasn't a big deal. For a Hampton, very happy with the experience.

Our first room assignment hadn't been cleaned by house keeping. When we walked in we thought someone else was staying in the room.
I blame management for that.
The second room the heater didn't work and the room was very cold.
I don't blame management for that.
The third room was fine but smaller than the second.

The rooms were small, but cozy and had almost everything you need (no fridge, but seems like fridges are becoming a rarity). The front desk was very helpful and friendly when asked for some bathroom supplies. They allow their AC to get pretty cold, but the issue in our room was that the fan was pretty loud in a grinding metal type sound. I was able to fall asleep, but my partner wasn't as lucky. The water pressure in the shower also wasn't the strongest and the bathroom was probably the most dated part of the room. I'd stay again if the value is right.

Compared to other Hampton Inns I've stayed at, this one is lacking. Bed is hard, room is small and bathroom downright cramped. No mini fridge in room, no indoor pool, and the lobby area is small, too, making breakfast a challenge. Its location is convenient, though, and the rates are very reasonable given the location.
If you're expecting the amenities of other Hampton Inns, you might be disappointed, but it's still a good deal for a decent room.report this review -

It was very checking into the hotel. Staff was very attentive and polite. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was enjoyable. We would stay here again.

Was overall a decent hotel. Lacked that extra Hampton Inn goodness that I expect. Cramped bathroom and a little grimy. In the morning had to skip breakfast cause all the tables that were unoccupied were dirty. I can look past a little mess but this was too much. But for the price with I can get through one night.

Very clean and comfortable after a long day of traveling. Continental breakfast was exceptional as far as continental breakfast are concerned. Naperville is quaint and quiet. Plenty of food options within walking distance!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. The early assignment of rooms was great. No check-in hassle. Just stop at the front desk, pickup your room key and complimentary water. The cookies were good and the staff friendly.

Hôtel was looked a bit worn out. Elevators and hallways and doors looked dated. Although it is made up by a very good staff. The rooms are well kept. The cleaning staff need a bit more training about customer interaction, but do a good job. Overall good hotel but nothing better.

Very congenial and professional front desk staff. Clean and comfortable room. Coffee available all day and night was much appreciated. Easy access to expressway. Enjoyed my no hassle stay during the busy holiday weekend. Thank You Hotel Staff.
