The price is a bit outrageous for the service and amenities you get. The so called “gated community” is wide open for stranger to come in and out without being noticed. Property is not very well maintained. Parkings are very tight and hard to find. Its been 2 weeks since i moved out and they still have no sent the security deposit.

Apartments are over priced and expect a raise in rent every year. People do not pick up after their dogs and the smell is overwhelming. Staff ignores emails and phone messages.

Worst place I have ever lived. Washing machine does not work properly, bathroom mounding is dry rotted and molded. People leave garbage On the property apparently they are to lazy to go to the dumpster. Residents do not pick up thier pets waste and it is all over the lawns. These are low budget apts that are way over priced and not as advertised. Very disappointed.

Great community, well kept, and presented. Staff is very friendly and courteous, especially Fernando Zamora. While I was completing my application at the office, a resident walked in and turned in a missing car key. Evidence of the great job Hammocks Place does to screen potential residents and keep together a great community for my family.

Just renewed my lease for the 4th year. I love this place I get to call home and enjoy the amenities. Staff is friendly and quick to respond to my requests and even complaints. Communicating with them respectfully and regularly has made the difference in enjoying a peaceful place to live.
