Horrible customer service the owner was very rude disrespectful argumentive and a tad racist couldn't have a conversation without yelling and also walked away while I was trying to request a refund since she was being so rude and unhelpful..

I had an issue with payment but they rectified it. Ultimately request cash. They weren't timely but still got here the next day.

I am very thankful to have found Chip and Sally at Hackensack Auto Wreckers. Sally assisted me with finding a new front bumper for my car, answered all my questions. Sally was transparent about pricing and kept in touch when the parts came in, went out for paint, and when they were dropped off for installment. The turn around time was very quick! I will always recommend Hackensack and all staff there for anyone who needs any work done to their daily vehicles. Thank you again!!!

The old lady Sally was a mess to work with, bounced check on us. From one business to another, do NOT work with them. We sold them a part and it took them two weeks (with a different excuse everyday) to pay us for the part they had already taken and sold to someone else. No credibility, no accountability. They have multiple bank accounts specifically for the purpose of bouncing checks. Very shady place to avoid.

They are extremely friendly and have quick service. They accommodated me and did a nice job with my car. BUT the charged me THREE TIMES the price they initially quoted me to do the work on my car. Definitely use them just make sure to get everything in writing.
