  I am posting on behalf of my mother who used their services in the St Augustine, FL area. They were courteous, professional, reliable, fast and trustworthy. They came out right away when needed and took care of the situation and continued to maintain the property for as long as was needed. I would highly recommend Xceptional Wildlife Removal for all your unwanted critter needs!!

  I had a racoon move into my attic not long after I had my roof replaced. The roofing company did a poor job closing off the corners and eaves. Corianne was quick to respond to my call for help (same day) and suggested several options to remove the animal and prevent it from re-entering. A couple days later she sealed off all the open spots in the corners and eaves. I've had a quiet attic since.

  Ryan and Mike do a tremendous job of taking care of their customers in Jacksonville! Everyone I have encountered with Xceptional Wildlife has been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in taking care of my needs. Whether it has been rats in the attic, squirrels finding their way in and keeping us up at night, or snakes slithering into our home the service has been quick and dependable! I would recommend this company to any and everyone in the Jacksonville area who needs a hand with wildlife removal on your property.

  Ryan was very professional and personable. He showed up and took care of things quickly and professionally. Love that they find new safe homes for the animals. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend!

  I had a terrible problem with raccoons in my attic keeping me up at night. I called Ryan and he came and got the raccoons. Ryan is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of what was going on and how to resolve the issue I had! I had been dealing with these raccoons for a long time and now I can sleep peacefully because Ryan solved my problem! 10/10 would recommend Ryan.
