  Thirst time here and it was the worst experience ever, took more than 15 minutes to be served and all the staff was just talking to each other instead of serving customer. If you want to have a Ice cream with your friends or family I do not recommend this place.

  I have never been to a store filled with rude, incompetent, lost employees. It took them 30 minutes to ask me what I wanted and I was at the front of the line. The guys name is IRA and he is lost. You tell him chocolate shake and forgets 30 seconds later and forgets you exist. I ended up ordering my shake with him, he ended up forgetting, had to once again remind him and he handed me a half full shake and I asked where the rest and I simply walked away. Refused to give my money to such a trash haggen daz location and went to the one by the food court. Much better

  los helados me gustan, pero si ustedes tienen el derecho de reclamar cundo algo se lo dan mal, se supone que existe un manager para controlar y aclaró la situación, pues paso esta heladería contrata gente inexperta, jovenes con mala actitud al cliente no existe un manager responsable ya que el manager cuando di mi queja se burlaba y le pedí el nombre de el no quiso darlo, pedí para quejarme de esta heladería y con muy mala actitud dijo google para encontrarlo, los dos kioscos de helados en el dolphin mall cuentan con gente no educada, una de ellas le pedí el helado de ron con pasas y me dio de chocolate le dije que ese no pedí y con mala actitud me dijo a no? y lo boto a la basura y me da el helado correcto, despues pago con un billete de 20 dls y me regresa 3 dólares, se va atiende a otro cliente sin preguntarme si necesitaba otra cosa, su actitud me molesto y le dije disculpa te di 20 dólares y ella con mala forma regreso a la caja y me regreso el resto, al final de todo esto son ricos los helados pero en cada kiosco hay 6 gentes, te atiende una sola para una cola de gente , y ademas de eso se la pasan como si estuvieran de fiesta, DESAGRADABLE SERVICIO, DESAGRADABLE ACTITUD. TERRIBLE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE COMO SI UN HELADO TE COSTARA 3 DOLARES
