Over priced college. They make you take unnecessary classes and prerequisites to jack up your tuitions/loan to pay back later on. The NURSING Instractors are horrible to say the least. Lots of discrimination. The first time I ever felt safe being white was here. I never believed that discrimination existed until enrolling here. I saw so many minority's that were just as smart as the whites and just as dedicated as a white person in the program getting terrified to be in the program.They fail the minority's for the most non sense things ever to just get rid of them so that they can re-take the same course and pay again. Money 💰 money, money.
Donot go to this school as a NURSING student unless you are WHITE. By the time I graduated there was only one black person and the rest couldn't make it due to the discrimination.response / report this review -

Horrible college if you have a question you have to speak to a advisor but the people in the office are extremely rude to you at the Harrisburg campus and you have to fight with them so they let you speak to an advisor and then they want to ask personal questions on why you want to speak to an advisor and then act like they know everything and tell you no they are busy now. I will be transferring to some where better which would be any where else.

The Admissions staff are absolutely fantastic. They will sit and work with you, no matter how many times your schedule changes. Their willingness to go the extra mile was incredible. Beautiful campus.

I took a few summer classes here. From my experience and the experiences of some of my friends, I strongly suggest finding another affordable institution of higher learning. Their professors lack knowledge of their subject matter and treat students as if they were drones. The only redeeming quality of this institution was a few secretaries that were incredibly kind and helpful.

I can't explain how this college is horrible. I had a couple good professors, expect them other professors never helps students! They never helps us to get good grade. I remember some professor Boswell James, Thomas and one a lady I can't remember her name.They were just worse(((( 2 years I had taken english classes and I paid to much money , but still my english not good.
I have never recomended this college. DON'T TAKE CLASSES IN THIS COLLEGE!!!

My review is based on the bookstore located at the Harrisburg campus. Next semester I will make the drive to York to pick up my textbooks. This is my second semester and second experience with an older woman working at the desk located in the middle of the bookstore, she was incredibly rude both times I have been in. The first time I did let it slide, aware some people do have bad days but I know now this isn't the case. Please hire someone who is friendly and helpful. I didn't appreciate her being rude and disrespectful the whole time to the point where I did want to just walk out when I stayed respectful and nice to her, I asked for help and didn't receive it, when I did speak she cut me off. Horrible experiences when books are not cheap and I am a student but also a customer
