    The worst institution/staff
Transferring to this school was the worst decision I have ever made.the campus is so boring and depressing, most of the professors have horrible accent and are difficult to follow.

DO NOT COME TO THIS SCHOOL. Terrible campus life, nothing to do off campus. Surrounding area off campus is plagued by the opioid epidemic. F rated food quality, served by Sodexo. Extremely limited dining options during the week and weekend on campus, and poorly staffed as well.
The administration bullies students and does not promote and foster a welcoming environment for new organizations. Save your money and time, and choose the other school you want to attend.

Previously a student here at UPJ.

Good environment (geography/environmental wise), but got terrorized by the people that reside in this area. People seems like to be constantly upset or angry. Most students here I met are very self-centric and indifferent, professors mostly care only about their next pay-check. The only professor that I met was friendly was Dr. Majocha (they considered me as an international student even though I am United States citizen, though I am asian).

    I transferred here from a well-known private university with a 3.8 GPA.

The transfer process by the admissions staff was very disorganized and unprofessional. I got no grants/scholarship despite having a relatively high GPA from a top university, first of all. On top of that, when I walked in to their offices (especially the registrar) they gave me a feeling that they are either racist (I'm a minority, as you can probably tell by my name) or living a bad life or both.

The transfer process was really bad. I transferred with almost a 4.0 gpa and basically didnt even get considered for any kind of scholarship.. Then I was treated not so good for making a mistake on transfer paperwork..

Excellent university, very scenic location as well. Having worked with their entrepreneurship department I can honestly say they are on point with their curriculum and look forward to see what comes out of here.
