This was my first experience with H&H, I had always heard wonderful things about them, and they were absolutely amazing! Joel was very helpful with explaining everything to me and had an answer for every question, considering this was my first time buying a new car. Ross was also very helpful through this process. Thank you very much! I love my new Chevy Cruze'

If are going to make a vehicle purchase---make it at H&H Chevorlet Cadillac and don't think twice! Since I was 16 years old (I am now 26), every vehicle purchase I have made has been from H&H. They not only treat you like gold, but they do their absolute best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Mickey (owner) is one of the most knowledgeable individuals I have ever come in contact with. Ross (business manager) is extremely kind and knoledgeable when it comes to the financial aspect of your new purchase. I highly recommend checking out H&H Chevorlet Cadillac in Shippensburg if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with my interaction with Mr. Mickey Nye (Principal) and the entire staff!!! Thank you!!

I was searching used car sights to find the Dodge Avenger I wanted with a few specific features. They had one on the lot as a trade. We drove 3hrs to look at the car. I brought it home with us. Our experience with Joel was phenomenal. The whole staff is helpful. This place is not like any other dealership and was well worth the scenic trip!! That Avenger sure looks better in my drive way than it did on their lot :) Thank you H&H!!!

Big huge thank you to H&H Chevrolet. Especially John, Ross, and the rest of the team. I live out of state, and John and Ross worked with me over the phone on a Corvette I was looking at. Within minutes Ross was able to get me approved at a great rate. John did a wonderful job going over every detail about the car as well, ensuring my 2 hr trip was not a waste of my time. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, John greeted me at the door, car was freshly detailed, and paperwork was all ready to sign. Process could not have been easier for me. Highly recommended this place if you are in the market. Very professional, very fair pricing, and just all around nice people. Thanks again everyone!! A+++

Came all the way from New Jersey! Searching for a hard to get model in somewhat high demand..they held it for me - even without a deposit! Salesman was very nice, called me back giving me updates on availablity. The business manager was not pushy with extra warranty stuff and the owner even stopped by to introduce himself. Overall a very nice experience!

It was our first experience with H&H. I stopped in, out of the blue, for the parts Man to help me order the part for the automatic liftgate in our Traverse. I stopped in just a few minutes before noon on a Saturday. They close at noon. Mr. Parts Man was super helpful, and wasn't at all aggravated I showed up minutes before close. Luckily, he wasn't even upset when I asked him to come look at the part I needed because I couldn't identify which part it was by his descriptions. He came out and he said "I think we'll have to look again". We both laughed. It was ordered and I left and it was STILL before noon. When the part came in, I got a phone call. I had the helpful woman send me to service, where I scheduled the installation of that part for the very next Saturday. Pulled into a covered drop off area, where the service man stopped me from spending money for a drink in a machine, because they had a customer waiting area with hot and cold beverages available. I have NEVER in my 50 years had a better experience with a service department. How much you ask? Parts, labor and taxes, less than 150 and the part was 65. I suggest you try it for yourself. Tell them Archer Electric sent you.
I promise you, I will know and remember the names of "Mr. parts man and Mr. service man".as we will be taking our Traverse there for EVERYTHING. Thank you H & H and I'm sorry it took me so long to find you.response / report this review -

When people warn you to never let a dealership work on your car, believe them!
I went with to this location along with my boyfriend. We needed to take a vehicle there to get some recalled parts fixed and also to get a strange knocking noise the car was making checked out. While he was speaking with one of the workers, I heard him ask if they could check out the noise, they said that they could do it, but never told him that there would be a $100 fee to do that. I don't mind that they have to charge a fee for this, but the customer should be made aware of any cost over $50 in my opinion. That's the first issue I have with this place.
My second issue is that we then got about a $700 estimate for car work, which was work that did not need done at the time, and were not proper solutions to the knocking problem. We were told that they would have to change and rotate the tires first to figure out what was causing the noise made by the car. They also told us that the brakes needed changed, a rotor needed changed, and the serpentine belt was in desperate need of repair.
I discussed with my boyfriend about what we should do, and with our better judgment, we agreed that my boyfriend should chance driving the vehicle down to a family friend who is a mechanic. Guess what? None of the things H&H said needed fixed right away were near as bad as they said they were. Wanna know what was causing the knocking noise too? The lug nuts on the front, left tire were loose.
You can't tell me that whoever was working on the car didn't realize that. We didn't need all those parts replaced or a full change and rotation of the tires. The only thing we needed was the lug nuts on the tire tightened.
Only go here if it is absolutely your last option. Heck, tow your car to another town if you have to in order to avoid this place. But if you have literally no other option and have to go here, make it very clear to them that you don't want them fixing things, replacing parts, or ANYTHING to your car without contacting you for approval first.

Someone from the company contacted me through Yelp demanding more information since apparently nobody could figure out which car was ours even though the vehicle presented a very specific set of circumstances that I highly doubt dozens of other customers had as well.
They then pretty much accused me of lying, stating "The vehicle was brought to us without lug nuts." Which, frankly, is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard since the vehicle never would have made it out of the driveway without that tire falling right off. The vehicle was only missing a single lug nut on the right tire (not the left one that had all the loose ones on it), which they never told us about, and we didn't know about it until we took it to that family friend.response / report this review -

My husband and I have bought all of our cars from H&H for a number of years. We continue to buy from H&H because of the amazing customer service and quality vehicles. We just bought our third Equinox and every time we get a new one there are always little additions to the vehicle that make driving it a joy. I keep thinking there's no way they can come up with a new feature on the vehiclebut they always do. Mickey Nye and his entire staff from the sales department to the service department and in between are top notch professionals who are very knowledgeable about their products. Deb and Charlie Shields
